"Upon Arrival the Room I was Staying in had Not been Cleaned or Prepared. I reported this in Person to Reception. They got the Cleaner onto the situation. Credit due it was Cleaned out and Prepared satisfactory but this should have been all done before I arrived. Later in the Evening I find out that the Kettle in room wasn't working either. I reported but it took Two Nights before it was replaced. For Breakfast they give you a Voucher and it's a Restaurant about a Five Minutes walk away, Ok if...

"Checking in, we met another guest trying to enter our room as they've been shuffled around (whole building booked). Our codes didnt work and had to communicate for a while to grab the right ones. We've booked the deluxe room, however we were given the economy; there was only a bed and a few chairs and a table, our room did not match the photos. The owner/manager confirmed that we were given the "correct room" and that the amenities booked for the deluxe room were the same given to us,...

"This is a decent hotel for what it is, as long as you you set your expectations accordingly. Booked this place because the brand names adjacent to Hammersmith station were all booked up. This place is fine in a pinch. Some rooms don't have elevator access. Location is quite convenient, and within walking distance to Hammersmith Station, and adjacent shopping and dining."
