We made the separate dishes for breakfast every morning. English communication can be a problem even you try to speak slower. Maikhao beach is the new destination for Phuket where tourists can see the real local life and the beach is protected for the turtle to lay their eggs every year during December until March. So the government will not allow to have shops along the beach but guests can take a free bicycle from the hotel to the village near by where there are shops, restaurants and bars. Actually, the depatment store is not too far but we still need to go by taxi, cannot be in the walking distance.

Because of Maikhao Beach is protected for the turtle to lay thier eggs every years so the government will not allow to have shops along the beach. However the hotel provides the bicycle for free to ride to the convenience stores.

We will check the spider webs and the bugs nest but the pool was filthy, shouldn't have because the daily record didn't show, however we will keep the record to source it out.

The hotel is now opened for 4 years. Due to the pandemic, we have to close some parts of the building. We have planned to open according to the numbers of bookings on hand. The hotel buildings are stretching a long between the beach and the National Park.We locate near the airport and it takes about 20 minutes drive only.

Thank you very much for your feedback. We are not quite sure what's wrong with the aircon in the Fitness room because it's working properly. We have 1 lady staying 3 weeks and she confirms there is no problem with the aircon.
