"Booked as a stop over to. Arch an early flight, the staff were welcoming and helpful. It’s not easy to find unless you have a knowledgeable driver as the hotel reception is on the 3rd floor above shops, the access is at the rear. We were met at the lift by a helpful porter. Good value for money and a result for us."

"The experience was, overall, wonderful with the exception that the pre-paid, hotel-arranged driver did not arrive to transport us from the airport to the hotel; and, despite calling all available phone #'s, we could not get through to either the local hotel or corporate headquarters for assistance."

"Room too cold. Cant be adequately heated. Staff refused to give 2nd key to keep heater on . Cockroaches in dining area/table. Staff ignored when cockroaches were pointed out. "
