"Booked as a stop over to. Arch an early flight, the staff were welcoming and helpful. It’s not easy to find unless you have a knowledgeable driver as the hotel reception is on the 3rd floor above shops, the access is at the rear. We were met at the lift by a helpful porter. Good value for money and a result for us."

"Great value for money. Clean room, clean bed and sheets. Clean bathroom. Nice hard bed, hard pillow and heavy duvet ensured I didn't even turn once while sleeping. Breakfast was great value for money. Room was really far from the lift. The corridor outside the room looked like a construction site since many rooms were being reconstructed. "

"Very nice quiet property. Lush green environment for a quiet getaway. Excellent staff. Bit hard to get in and out of. Not much options around the hotel for dining. If you are in a car it will be fine. Getting Uber will be a challenge."

"The staff was super good. So helpful, they even walked me in the neighborhood to help me with shopping. The food they got me was excellent. They also helped me figure out how to get where I was going. And to get a taxi. Siliguri in itself is kind of a sketchy area, but it's inexpensive. And they are trying to make the hotel kind of an oasis in the midst. They were doing quite a bit of renovating while I was there, trying to make it really nice.
