Beautiful house, well appointed, pleasant host. Jacuzzi tub, but if you have trouble with your legs the side of the tub is very high. Also, shower is in the tub, nothing to hold onto if you have balance problems. Don’t know about the other rooms, so ask. Also lots of stairs. Very close to shopping and restaurants in an extremely charming town

Mary Anne and Patirck were gracious hosts. Breakfast every morning was lovely. The property was well maintained and comfortable. Perfect location for our 4 night ski getaway to the Eastern Townships!

My wife and i had a very nice and quiet stay at this property. The room itself and the common room were nicely decorated in an eclectic style. It is well located close to both main strips. Easily walk to restaurants and shops. The breakfast was delicious and healthy. The customer service was excellent and the owner was very pleasant and helpful. My wife and I would not hesitate to stay here again on a subsequent visit to Magog.

We loved the location and spaciousness of the Bois Dormant. Nice kitchenette in our room with a quiet refrigerator which was a real bonus. Breakfast was excellent. Great coffee. Thanks to our hosts.

Very nice B&B and close to everything in Magog. The owners are friendly and went all out preparing an amazing breakfast. Would definitely stay again!

We were very impressed. The owners of this B&B have done a wonderful job. It was like being at home, clean, great shower in the tub, even a makeup mirror in the bathroom. And the included breakfast was excellent. Also it was close to Main Street and grocery store.

In a tranquil setting, but only steps away from top-notch eateries, Le Bois Dormant is a perfect place to stay while vacationing in the Eastern Townships. Very clean, comfortable and an exceptionally friendly hostess.

Among the best of b&bs we have stayed in over many years. Hosts were welcoming and informative. Room was comfortable and quiet. Full breakfast was amazing! Walking distance to downtown. Pool was a bonus. Can stay in the house or in a cottage. Hope to return.

I would highly recommend this Bed and Breakfast for your stay in Magog. The hosts were absolutely the friendliest people and they were very attentive. The breakfasts they served were copious and delicious, never the same twice - we were there 4 days. Despite it being a colder and less touristy time of the year, they gave us very good advice about what to see in the area. The room was very spacious (Josephine) with a king sized bed, two comfy arm chairs and a mini kitchen. The shower was wonderful! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Ô bois dormant!

Très beau B&B, belle chambre mais sans déjeuner
Super chambre, très confortable et parfaitement situé à Magog! Je recommande fortement si vous ne voulez pas de déjeuner. Faites attention car lors de ma réservation il était mis de l'avant qu'un "excellent" déjeuner était inclus, malheureusement 2 semaines avant mon arrivée on m'a avisé que le déjeuner n'était finalement pas offert, malgré la réservation, car la salle à manger était fermée. Je ne crois pas que les propriétaires profitent intentionnellement des fausses caractéristiques de leur annonce, mais c'est plate quand on sait que le bed & breakfast situé à côté offre les déjeuners aux chambres.

De semaine en semaine nous ne pouvons prévoir quand nous serons autorisé à ouvrir notre salle à manger, comme les restaurants, cela dépend de la santé publique. 4 de nos chambres sont toutefois équipées de cuisinettes pour les soupers et déjeuners. Nous contactons nos clients pour nous assurer qu'ils comprennent et acceptent les contraintes de cette situation exceptionnelle.

Great B&B close to town.
We enjoyed our 1 night stay. Our room benefitted from having a sun deck, so the early evening sunshine was a real bonus. The breakfast was fresh, different and tasty. A lovely B&B very close to central Magog.

Had a great stay at Ô Bois Dormant. The B&B was beautiful and centrally located. The best thing was interacting with the host Patrick - he knows so much interesting history of the area and makes a super delicious breakfast. Would definitely stay here again.

Magog Stay - early Oct 2019
This was the first time we were staying at an airbnb in our country. The experience was very satisfying. The host was very friendly and served us an excellent breakfast. Very impressive. We were in the area to drive through the Eastern Townships and view the fall colors. Our host gave us a lot of useful information on where we could go and helped fine-tune our trip. We'd most definitely stay there again if we visited that area again. The one suggestion we had was that the outside of the house could have been better lighted (we arrived after nightfall and we could barely read the name of the location - in contrast, the airbnb on the opposite side of the road was very brightly lit).

The hosts are very sweet, the cottage was terrifically comfortable, every thing we needed after a long drive was present. The artwork speaks to the spirit of Quebec. We appreciated pointers on local events and loved our Sunday morning nature walk.

FABULOUS STAY ALL AROUND!
The INN was beautiful surrounded by lovely hydrangea bushes. Porch to sit and drink wine! Th room was stunning. Shower and bathroom was state of the art. xl King size bed roomy comfy chairs. Breakfast delicious, flexible scheduling for breakfast. Very quiet neighborhood, pool and jacuzzi fabulous. Friendly hosts love Jazmine! Price reasonable great location walk to supermarket, nice neighborhood to walk in.

Lovely surprising gem in Magog
We stopped for 2 nights on a road trip in the Eastern Townships and lucked out having booked here. We had a room in a separate building in the garden, a few steps to the main house. Our room was large and very comfortable, with very nice amenities. We had a small frig that allowed us to keep our beverages cold. The main attraction, though, was breakfast and the conversation with our host. We started each morning with a smoothy - layers of flavour. That was followed by a fruit dish, again, not just a bowl of fruit, dressed up with tasty extras. The main dish on both mornings was a bit of a twist on something familiar - one morning with some Iranian flavours to enhance the eggs. Dessert was an Iranian treat - not overly sugary, but loaded with flavours of cardamom and pistachio. Our host took the time to fill us in on the history of the area, helped us with deciding where to explore each day. And was engaging with personal stories of their life in the area. Could not recommend more highly.

I loved the backyard area- pool, tall pines, gardens- peaceful, quiet. The property is located on a nice side street very close to restaurants, shopping, the lake. Our room had a balconey which was nice for sun and relaxing. Very nice proprietors and breakfast. Tastefully decorated.

Location is great - very walkable to downtown Magog. Owners provided local restaurants discount card. Breakfast was amazing - creative and delicious meal, beautifully served. Bed was very comfortable. Room was a little over decorated for my taste. Bathroom was large, clean and spacious but I prefer showers to soaker tubs.
