hotel che sembra ristrutturato di recente il personale e molto cordiale efficiente pulizia ottima unica pecca le docce molto piccole e non ha stanze per disabili ma stavano provvedendo facendo 2 stanze pronte in breve tempo

Posizione strategica al centro del Salento

Albergo rimodernato recentemente, la hall è accogliente e calda, ma non tutte le stanze sono state ristrutturate. Noi eravamo nella parte vecchia, con camera ampia e pulita, buon servizio pulizia, mobili un po’ datati ma funzionali. Unico neo la moquette in camera e nei corridoi, un vero problema se siete allergici. Wi-Fi lento

Bien situé proche du centre ville. C'est un hôtel avec le minimum d'équipement : chambre petite, salle de bain minuscule avec douche minuscule. Mais surtout, nous n'avons pas pu dormir à cause de la chaleur et la climatisation en panne ! Heureusement, le personnel de l'accueil était bien sympathique.

È un ottimo 3 stelle. Camera spaziosa il giusto. Pulizia costante, cambio di asciugamani e lenzuola giornaliere. Personale disponibile e ristorante ottimo. Abbiamo mangiato benissimo e pagato poco. Ottimo rapporto qualità/ prezzo. Lo consiglio.

Un soggiorno spartano alle porte di Otranto

aspetti positivi : l'hotel offre la possibilità di soggiornare in zona prossima al centro storico della cittadina che presenta molti aspetti interessanti; vicini a spiagge sull'Adriatico e ad Otranto oltre a piccoli centri storici molto caratteristici dell'entroterra; il personale addetto alla colazione è molto garbato; anche il personale della reception è disponibile e gentile; aspetti negativi : la struttura lascia un po' a desiderare per lo stato di conservazione di questa parte della città e dell'edificio, la presenza della moquette nelle camere, la mancanza del piatto doccia in bagno; inoltre la camera quadrupla è un po' angusta e manca il frigo.

Soggiorno senza pretese

Hotel a maglie, punto strategico per raggiungere qualsiasi località al massimo in un'ora. Personale cordiale e professionale. Stanze pulite anche se le nostre un poco datate (terzo piano vista cimitero), mancava impianto di areazione forzata in bagno e climatizzatore rumorosissimo. Tenendo conto che abbiamo utilizzato l'albergo solo per dormire dopo giornate con grande dispendio di energia , la soluzione è stata buona.

Personale supergentile, accogliente e disponibile. Il bagno però era molto piccolo e non c'era modo per mettere lo Shampoo in doccia. Il Wifi-gratuito era lentissimo - mandare delle foto era impossibile.

Nice hotel but the air conditioning did not work. We had the staff up into our room twice and they said it was working fine.
