"I arrived at 1 pm. I called great wolf a few days before and they new we would arrive early. I was supposed to get a text when my room was ready. Everyone that checked in at 1 pm, got there room before us. The check in time is 4pm. I had to go to the desk at 440pm to ask when my room would be ready and suddenly it was ready. I was tired and wanted to change. My kids wanted to go and eat. When we finally arrived into our room. My son was showering the only light flickered off, it scared him...

"It didn't seem like anyone had swept the room because of hair and dirt on the floor, couldn't use the kitchen because there was no pots or pans and I was not buying any. There was less outlets in the room I had compared to other rooms.There was 3 of us in our room and I had to beg for enough towels for the 3 of us. We were there Memorial Day weekend and the pool wasn't open and the front desk lady seemed very mean about it.......she said it opens Memorial weekend, so I asked to verify also...

"The Hilton Charlotte University Place was about as good as it gets when you're not at home. The only thing I missed was a place to pick up some munchies late at night. But that was probably good, because I definitely ate too much at the great breakfast in the morning."
