"Facility is old but serious efforts have been made to update. New dropped ceilings, fairly new furnishings, new paint, quaint etc. Very clean and comfortable. I had very limited contact with staff, but that was pleasant. There was some road noise but not terrible. Spacious parking was at the room entry. Some of the room photos are misleading. Be sure to designate whether you was street front or creek side. Also be prepared for a 3% credit card charge. The most serious negative was the high step...

"The only bad experience I had was the cooling air was not properly working. I would wake up in the mornings and it was hot. The air had stopped working. Everything else was perfect! Very clean and items furnished that I was not have thought would be, etc..trash bags, paper towels. We had a very nice stay! Would like to stay again if air is fixed."

"Room never got cleaned, never had towels because unfortunetly the house keeper never came to our room but once and trying to communicate with her was impossible because she didnt speak english. "The room was very clean. The front desk staff person, however, was extremely rude. The checkin was right at 4:00, even though they were not full and rooms were available sooner. When I asked about waiting on the property until the room was ready, the front desk staff person told me I couldn't do that because I wasn't a registered guest. Then she added, "and you can go into the pool area." I wasn't going to the pool anyway."
