The best part of this hotel is the creek behind the property. You can sit out in a rocking chair on their balcony and listen to the creek. I have been staying at Four Seasons for over 30 years. My favorite place.

We really enjoyed our stay here. Room and bathroom was clean. We did encounter issues with water in the bathroom, but was resolved in a timely manner with an apology. Things happen sometimes. The views from the back are amazing at the creek! Lots of places to hang out and chill! The host there is so sweet and very accommodating! We will stay here again! I would suggest rugs on the inside of the entry doors to wipe feet on, and maybe some new cushions for the chairs!

Your basic motel that is a bit of a throwback, e.g. decor that is 20-years out of date. Well located. Clean. Large room. TV worked just fine. Breakfast was a bit skimpy. Nice, helpful staff.

Great place to stay in Maggie Valley!

Thelma the manager at the front was so kind, even upgraded our room to a spacious 2nd floor unit overlooking the river. We love this place so much we booked an extra night! Thanks to Thelma at the front desk. The beds are also very comfy!
