This is a nice and quiet stay in chiang mai, our room was lovely. However there were several minor details that my partner and I found irritating. For one, it was raining a bunch during our stay and the hotel is indoor/outdoor style with extremely slippery tiles. It was difficult to walk to our suite. Also, the staff is over attentive. They kept showing up and checking in as if we were clueless, it was difficult to be left alone. Finally, on our day of departure, they immediately checked our room and demanded we give back the slippers we wore during our stay that were complimentary. They reuse the slippers for other guests. (About $3 usd) it was a pretty tacky way to end our stay. Overall, the food is phenomenal and it was very relaxing. They do provide a shuttle to chiang mai old city but we also took cheap cabs which were fine.

We had the best stay at Raya Heritage. The room was beautiful, extremely comfortable and thoughtfully designed. The food was excellent and we felt it was reasonably priced for the quality and taste! What we appreciated the most was the attentive and thoughtful service, and small touches in the check-in experience, turn down service and dining service that made the stay even more enjoyable.

This property is a centered on the cultural mix from the neighbouring countries and created this unique blend of food culture. The overall service is superb and they are very nice to each guest. I truly love the handwritten and handmade birthday card from Bank (staff). The only thing that probably requires improvement is the walkway to our room where the outdoor brick road is slippery with algae and there is no shelter as well. It rained 2 days during my 5 days stay and it was inconvenient especially with shopping bags. Otherwise, perfect.

Relax and recharge at Raya Heritage
Great experience! Welcoming professional staff in all areas. Wonderful design- calm, peaceful, well maintained gardens. Food fresh, good variety of dishes on offer. Love the use of all things natural and eco friendly. Tea Lounge a lovely experience. Not far from the city on the banks of the lovely Ping River but feels worlds away.

Beautiful hotel which provided a unique experience. Greeted by the friendly staffs upon arrival and a big thank you to May which is kind enough to show us around. We booked the suite with private swimming pool and we immediately fall in love with it. The downside is people can peek through the bushes and fence when walk pass it. Had dinner in the restaurant and it offered a wide range of Northern Thai and neighbour countries cuisine. Again staffs were friendly and put up with the great service for the evening. Pleasant and relaxing stay at Raya Heritage
Amazing 5-day stay at the hotel for my very recent family trip. Huge fans of the concept of the hotel, and the room was simply outstanding and spacious. The hotel restaurant was exceptional considering the wide range of Northern Thai dishes and the full a-la-carte breakfast you get to enjoy. The only downside is the housekeeping service needs to be more attentive and the hotel should maximize what they have and organize more offerings for the guests during their stays.

Very nice hotel
A very beautiful, stylish and relaxing hotel. Staff are very nice and helpful. Although the check in time takes longer than expected (the other arrived later than me but finished before me). The room is spacious and very comfortable. My room is on ground floor with a pool. The room itself is clean and tidy while the housekeeping staff not very attention to outside the room. The restaurant staff are very nice and very professional, always give good suggestions. The food is also delicious. Just one bad thing: the shuttle van schedules are limited, only 3-4 times per trip and you have to book an hour ago. Also, as the place is far away from the city center, you can't use the shuttle van after you check out. It's super inconvenience and not very courtesy to guests, while guest are paying quite expensive room charge. However, the shuttle van driver is very nice and professional too. Worth to come back again.

아름답고 오가닉한 호텔 입니다. 테라스에서 전망보면서 티타임을 갖을 수있도록 편안한 소파, 과일, 티등이 잘 구비되어있어요. 조식또한 더할나위없이 좋았는데, 음식 주문 제한은 없이 다양하게 주문 할수있고, 맛과 플레이팅도 우수합니다. 시내에 자유롭게 나갈수있는 무료셔틀이 자주 운행하고있어서 편리했습니다. 매우 아름다운 호텔이예요, 또 가고싶어요^^

정말 좋았어요!!!
정말 정말 좋아요 :) 직원분들 정말 친절하셔서 눈물 날 지경이었고 숙소 컨디션이나 풍경은 거의 천국이예요 ㅠㅠ... 주변에 뭐가 있진 않아서 올드타운 까지 15분 정도 가야하는데 호텔에서 운영하는 셔틀버스가 있어서 편리해요~~ ♥️ 정말정말 강추입니댱! 치앙마이의 마지막날을 여기서 보내서 아직도 풍경이 아른거려요!!!
