"Its a beautiful estate with cozy bungalows. Ac worked great and everything was clean. The family was amazing, very helpful. They made my wife and i an amazing breakfast and offered to cooked lunch and dinner. We opted to try some of the local food for lunch and dinner. I really enjoyed sitting in the pool and listening to all the different birds while taking in the views. Honestly my favorite time in Thailand so far. We had a great time in the mountains. 99 The Heritage Hotel

10/10 Excellent

"What a gem! Truly one of my all-time favorite stays at this charming, comfortable hotel that is perfectly situated. From the moment we entered, we felt welcomed. Loved the room's layout and balcony. Loved the sitting areas in the lobby and courtyard. Loved the breakfast buffet, the meal we had midday, and the endless water/tea/coffee/ice cream available in the lobby. And that pool! How lovely to come back from a hot and humid activity and spend a few hours lazing and lounging by the water. Location can't be beat -- right across the street from the astounding Wat Prah Singh, convenient to all Old City explorations on foot, and within the boundary for all the tours that do pick-ups. The staff are uniformly wonderful. Smiles all around, friendly help with whatever we needed, attentive housekeeping. Special mention to Nut at the front desk -- so good at his job, and always ready with a greeting. He noticed that my husband is using knee braces and immediately offered to switch us to a downstairs room (there's no elevator). We didn't need that but we certainly appreciated how proactive his offer was. A perfect stay!"

iThaphae Hotel

10/10 Excellent

"I traveled all over Thailand for 28 days and this was my favorite hotel. The concept of less is more couldn’t be anymore true. The rooms were all practically brand new. Water flow amazing from rainfall shower head, beautiful natural light, big screen Tv & cold AC. King size bed as well I was in heaven sleeping here. It’s got a great location next to night markets & boutiques & restaurants a short walk away. But peaceful here, you can sense the tranquility the minute you walk in. Pool is perfect to cool off. I’m a carnivore, but even the vegetarian breakfast blew me away! The chef carefully curated such dynamic options, loved starting my day with this breakfast! They also give u access to all the bottled water you want 24/7… most hotels only give you 2 a day. The staff was beyond delightful they always greeted with smiles & were more than eager to help me with suggestions. This place was amazing and left me with such a fond memory of Chiang Mai I can’t wait to come back. 10/10!!!"
