"Clean and modern facility. I enjoyed my stay there, but there were a few issues. Walls are a bit thin if you have noisy neighbours that like to slam doors, no pool, no elevator which is an issue if you have bags and are on the top floor, and the owners have a little dog which can be a little barky, and can hear it in reception from the top floor. No breakfast supplied either. However, it was clean, convenient location & fairly cheap. I will definitely consider staying there again "

"We really enjoyed the industrial design of this location. The patient and friendly staff were extremely helpful. Breakfast was nutritious and delicious every morning. The recommendations that all of the staff gave us were phenomenal. Matty was amazing, Patty gave us a solid Thai Massage recommendation. And Nathan showed us around the market near the university. If you are looking for a overall relaxed environment, with social events if you choose to do them, this is a great spot."

"Spacious room with all the amenities and quite big bathroom. There wasn't balkony with the room but was one on the end of each floor. Coffee, tea and little snack available every day downstairs at the little patio next to reception. In the middle of buzzing neighborhood, having big market 2 minutes away, walking distance to the city centre, with beautiful temples on the way. Plus food carts in the evening just out the door. "Old Town Central. A nice nightly food market 2-3 blocks away and hella close to just about everything around Chiang Mai. Saturday night market (killer!!) is right around the corner. Nothing within an hours distance that your feet’s, a rickshaw Grab App or motor bike rental can’t easily get you to. Room was spacious, modern and clean.
