"The hotel and staff were amazing. Our room was very nice, came with Netflix logged in for use. The pool was refreshing after a day of sightseeing. The staff helped book our elephant tour and the breakfast was amazing. The area is walkable with a temple right across the street. We received a welcome drink, tea service and 2 meals all complimentary. Would definitely stay here again when in Chiang Mai. "

"I really enjoyed my stay at POR Arak Hotel. The hotel is small, but the rooms were clean, comfortable, and everything felt well taken care of. I booked a pool access room thinking I would use it a lot, but honestly, it wasn't necessary. We were barely at the hotel since Chiang Mai is more about going out and exploring. "This was the perfect place to stay during Songkran. It was far enough away from a lot of the main action but close enough to walk everywhere and central to other parts of the city outside of the Songkran holiday. The manager was extremely pleasant and helpful, always with a nice word to say. For Songkran, they were thoughtful enough to provide water guns and plastic cases for your phone and valuables. Will definitely stay at Lee Chiang next time I’m in Chiang Mai."
