Everything about this place was amazing!! Clean, updated, and very spacious rooms. Staff was always friendly! Very convenient to everywhere, restaurants, temples, markets. All within a short walk. We truly enjoyed our stay here.

The shower immediately filled up with water which meant the drain was clogged. I never knew about the bed sheets not being changed unless asked to? Coffee was great but was never hot enough. Bed had a very hard mattress. Always friendly staff. Everything else was good! Thanks

Great place to stay

This ideally-located hotel is a fine place to stay. The staff is very helpful, the wifi works, the rooms are a good size and comfortable, and the good breakfast seems to be included with all rates. It's near the fantastic Sunday night market I had heard so much about, and walking distance to a variety of ornate temples. The only negative I encountered: they have an airport shuttle, and I sent them an email with my arrival details, but they never responded to the email and no one was at the airport. This was a minor problem, though, since fixed-rate airport taxis (150B) were easy to get.

Excellent hotel! Facilities, staff and location were great. Would come back anytime. For unrelated reasons half of my stay in Chang Mai was in another hotel, but i just wanted to check out and go back to Jomkitti.

Hotel was in a good location for visiting temples and room was clean. Breakfast was good quality but room service is only available from 11am to 2pm. It is opposite a school which get busy around 4 pm and in the morning the noise can be loud at 7.30am

The hotel was very average. The cleanliness was not as spotless as other places we have stayed, having watered down shampoo, some stained wood surfaces, and an old looking/dim interior renovation. The service when we arrived took few minutes as there were no staff at the front desk, but we were able to check in early at no cost. The staff are not too friendly but accommodate our requests as tourists. The breakfast average with coffee options, freshly cooked eggs, and thai cuisine like padthai and some curry. Immediately in front of the hotel, there is an elementary school which causes a lot of noise and traffic during school hours. There is also a lot of noise in early morning due to wildlife and thin windows.

Lovely place, lovely staff, comfortable and quiet. Location was fantastic for walking around and exploring. Great breakfast, both Thai and western options. The coffee shop in the lobby was a nice bonus! The pool was a bit cold for me, but clean and nice for an afternoon nap.
