"It wasn’t what I booked with Hotels.com. I booked 1 bed in 2-beds dormitory and got the confirmation from Hotels.com. However when I arrived to hostel I was told my booking is not on property's list of reservations. Miscommunication between hotels.com and Crossroads House.
