Great room, spotless and the pool area very relaxed. It’s right beside the night markets and lake and from there the City is very walkable. The staff are great and Khun Sujanya was extremely helpful and friendly.

We’ve stayed here twice over the years. It’s a great little resort in the heart of Mae Hong Son. Comfortable beds, nice hot water, a lovely pool and right next to the lake and night markets. The staff are wonderful and Khun Sujanya (who registers you and briefs you on the resort and environs) is most helpful, informative and courteous.

Great room for the value. Very quiet. Beds are very hard so keep that in mind. This is true for about 80% of rooms we stay in Thailand but these seemed even more hard than usual.

This was a great place to stay. The staff were very friendly and helpful. They actually made our stay so comfortable with their welcoming and friendly manner. The location is just fabulous, right on the lake and just steps away from local cafes and restaurants. The pool was very clean and a lovely place to refresh after a warm day. The guesthouse is not a 5 star resort, but it is very comfortable and we enjoyed our stay very much.

Piya Guesthouse was an unexpected gem of an oasis is MHS. The Bungalows are well appointee, spacious and private. They are set around a beautiful garden with swimming pool at its center. The Bungalows are large inside with a comfortable bed and nice furniture. The bathroom is tsha style, clean, and large. The garden has all sorts of trees and flowers and is well cared for. The first thing you notice is the strong and pleasant fragrence of Jasmine flowers. There is ample parking in a safe little lot that they secure at night.

Well U can't beat the lake front view. Swimming pool was clean not 1 leaf in it. Hot and cold water in lounge was practical to use. Free use of mountain bike was excellent. Nice bed and room was big and clean .

The absolutely most perfect location in the town. The night market, lake, shopping and fining right at the front door. The family that runs the guesthouse are always smiling. I loved the coffee provided in the morning. The pool was nice. The rooms need a little tlc but are comfortable and are good. The price is typical Thai bargain priced. I would definitely stay here again.

The staff is nice and the room is not bad But I asked the tuktuk to the bus terminal before the day of checking out Tuktuku didn't come at that time and I waited for a while Then I had to walk to the bus terminal In the end bad memory :(
