"The staff were very dry and unhelpful. They didn't want to engage in conversation or even say hello. Many times we would pass by employees and they would avoid eye contact and not say a word. The pool is tiny - not more than 5 people can be in there comfortably and the rooms were okay but nothing ..."

Live It Gran Via
"The room was decent and toilets were clean but once I turned the fan on, a huge pile of dust showered upon. They didn't clean the fan blades at all. The whole room filled up with dust and it did not help with my allergies. Other than that, the location is elite!"
