This property does not enable AC until June. The room was extremely hot and even though we slept with the windows opened it was uncomfortable.

The hotel is one of the best that I stayed while traveling through Europe. The staff was super helpful, they really care for their guests. I have not a single bad comment about this hotel because to me everything was perfect.

The hotel room was spacious, but the Wi-Fi for the rooms was not free; only the lobby area had complimentary access. All the hotels I have stayed in offered free WiFi connections in both the lobby and rooms. Additionally, at breakfast, some of the food was cold when it should have been served hot. Furthermore, the sole reason we checked into the hotel was its proximity to the airport; however, despite being only 12 minutes away, they did not offer any shuttle bus service.

I like the location and the view from our window. Parking was convenient and safe, but wished it was include. I would have liked a kettle in the room to make my evening tea.

The room is big, clean, has a separate sitting area, and has a nice view of the plaza. But, the hotel charges €3.90 per person for wifi unless you booked from their site. It is ridiculous we still have to pay for wifi in this day and age. There is no coffee maker or kettle in the room, no coffee or tea in the room. The receptionist was unwelcoming and didn’t provide proper information about wifi and breakfast. I do not recommend to stay at this hotel.

Staff was very helpful and nice. Rooms were clean but the beds were a bit slippery so they moved a bit. Other than that i can not complain one bit!

After a long, 5-hour drive, the 3 of us arrived to a room with no toilet paper and just 1 towel. There was no free WiFi (unless you sat in the lobby)... a hotel without free WiFi? In 2023? Unbelievable. The room was relatively clean, though dated. The bottom of the bathroom door was rotting from all the exposure to the shower water. Personally, I would not stay again.

Paid around 60euros/night. Following is why this was a great deal. Cleanliness- Rooms were immaculate, cleaning staff did a great job. Location- Right in front of a bus stop, coming from the airport. 10 min walk to train station. Area- Residential area, plenty of options to dine. For the price we paid, this was a great deal.

If you are expecting a UK Travelodge type hotel this will disappoint. Rooms clean and adequate but had to ask for extra towels and no kettle or coffee maker in room. Breakfast available for 10 euros which was adequate. Area around hotel is residential and appeared to have shops bar’s restaurants. Main problem for an airport hotel is that there is no shuttle. A metro stop is apparently nearby but we ended up taking Uber to and from AirPower which added about 40 euros to our stay.

It was about 20 minutes from the airport & convenient for an overnight before a mid-morning flight. No frills. Didn't notice a restaurant or any amenities beyond a nice, big room. Neighborhood seemed nice enough.

For the price of this property they wanted to charge for wifi in the room which is unacceptable , the smell in the room from air fresheners was so overpowering that the window had to be left open to air the room out somewhat - a towel had to be used over pillows as the smell was embedded into them, only good thing of this property was location to airport

The receptionist was rude demanded my credit card even though the hotel was paid for in advance saying that she needed a card in case l charged or added anything to the room. The hotel was run down with graffiti and had a damp smell to the bed. Worst experience ever. Never ever again with a travelodge.. couldn’t wait to get out of there when l asked for a receipt she wanted to know why?? Then proceeded to tell me there is no additional charges. Rude and unprofessional behaviour.

The hotel was clean and the staff was helpful. The area is mostly residential but very close to the airport. We stayed in a room with three twin beds and it was very comfortable. The bathroom and rooms were large.

This area is very quiet. The rooms are very roomy, the beds are bigger than European beds. Have a lot of dinning in the area but they don’t serve food till 8pm. Very close to the airport but take 20 mins to the Atocha station by taxi.

Everything I needed.
Everything was great. I especially was helped by Sandra at the night desk. It was all clean and nice. It had everything I needed, except coffee in the room.

Disliked: Property conditions & facilities
Room was warm. They seem to control the temperature from a central location. They charge good money for a room and make it almost impossible to sleep and rest during the night. They also seem to turn off the A/C compressor in the morning to get you out as soon as possible. Overall terrible place to rest.
