We do strive every day to offer high quality service to our guests, taking special attention to their needs. As you correctly stated, we do have a restaurant/bar that opens every day at 7:00 am and – for the moment – it closes at around 14:00 pm. It recently opened a few months ago and the staff works unceasingly to keep improving. Anyway, our front desk team is 24 hours at your service to guide you through amazing neighbor places to have a drink anytime.Regarding all the other little things that you mentioned, we appreciate your comment and we are already working on improving all of our services.We hope you could give us a second chance and welcome you back very soon in our hotel.Best regards,
