Location is fabulous ... staff are quick to respond and deal with your enquiries promptly. The apartment is decent but some of the items are very dated, safe didn't work, back door didn't lock etc etc. Also frustrating that you pay the same amount per day but they only clean before and after, then display charges on wall for extra cleaning. Also towels are only one per stay, they have a washing up machine but if I'm on holiday, this seems like taking the mickey. Shops and restaurants are close by so handy. For me, given the rate we had paid, the service should have been far superior.

best located apartment.
Great apartment ,very spacious and clean and the host provided us with all the information we needed. the apartment was in the perfect location .it was very easy to walk to everything.

Needs repairs and updating.
The guest service personnel were very prompt and good. The apartment itself needs attention. For instance the sliding glass door to enter the apartment was broken and would not lock. The outdoor to the patio did lock but still felt uncomfortable that the sliding glass door did not lock. Also, the flooring looked dirty and worn. You could tell it had been there for quite some time due to the appearance. In addition, the dining room chairs looked dirty and were torn at the seems. Probably the most frustrating thing was the AC in the master bedroom did not work. It was approximately 100 degrees in Madrid and the upstairs was so hot. It stayed 85 degrees upstairs. The large window in the master bedroom only had 2 blinds it appears the others were missing and did not provide shade from the blazing sun. Also, the water pressure in both bathrooms was not good at all. I would not stay at this location again. The management needs to have the apartment updated and fix the problems. I paid a good sum of money to stay 3 nights and do not think it was worth it. The location was great with many restaurants, shopping and attractions.

Myself and Mam Dad brother and 2 year old niece stayed in one if the two bed apartments. It was fantastic. Lovely and bright. Spotlessly clean and an excellent kitchen to rustle up some breakfast. Bathrooms were very big and had toiletries. Over all a super stay

La localización fue clave, parkings cercanos, restaurantes de multiples opciones. La casa encantando a todos los que se alojaron. Nada ruidosa. Los dos baños ayudan mucho. Quizás el mejor apartamento en el que he estado en Madrid.

Belle appartement mais problème d’ insonorisation
Belle appartement, bon emplacement, le service est parfait, mais avec le restaurant/bar en bas de l’appartement qui ne ferme qu’a 2h du matin le bruit ne vous laisse pas dormir, et les poubelles qu’ils font sortir à partir de 22h du soir l’odeu Dans la rentrée de l’immeuble est catastrophique en plus des ramasseurs de poubelles qui viennent les vider à 6h du matin (3 nuit blanche)

El apartamento es bueno y cómodo el sitio es agradable, muy comercial y buenos restaurantes, la limpieza del lugar deja mucho que desear ,como en las habitaciones no hay tv .me quise quedar en el sofá cama y sorpresa las sábanas de este estaban sucias eran usadas tal vez por los huéspedes anteriores fue muy desagradable ,el servicio al apartamento por 6 días en este fue cero nunca siquiera llamaron a ver qué se necesita, la señorita que nos recibió después de haberla llamado ,llego como 20 minutos más tarde y a toda carrera para recibirnos las maletas pues el apartamento no estaba listo ,llego con la persona de la limpieza por eso pasa lo del aseo de las carreras no queda nada bien, definitivamente mala experiencia en este tipo de servicio prefiero el hotel. .

Como se le informó al realizar su reserva, nuestros apartamentos no cuentan con recepción física en el mismo edificio y es por eso que pedimos que nos avisen de su llegada con 20 minutos de antelación, para que nuestro equipo pueda desplazarse hasta el edificio a entregarle sus llaves. Cuando se nos llama con esta antelación, nuestro equipo está en la puerta esperando a los clientes antes de su llegada, pero de no hacerlo es necesario esperar unos minutos mientra nuestro personal se desplaza. Sin otro particular, aprovechamos la ocasión para enviarle un cordial saludo de todo el equipo.

Incredibly noisy!
Though this Studio flat is located in a popular area of Madrid, it is not stated anyway in the advertisement that there is a very noisy car parking service by the side of the bedroom which is active until the very early hours of the morning. Flush against the back of the apartment is a bar/restaurant, which was again busy and as a result very noisy at night. On my last night, I had someone ringing my bell and banging the door of main entrance to the building from 3.45am to 7.15am. I was very worried and decided not to answer the door, I thought keeping quiet will make the person stop but it did not. All in all, a terrible experience. This is a centrally located area of Madrid, I have stayed in other apartments in the same area before. This time, my experience was dreadful and I felt unsafe.

Gute Ferienwohnung in Top Lage
In unserem 3 Nächte Trip nach Madrid kamen wir sehr gut in der Wohnung als 3 Männer zurecht. Man konnte die Stadt wunderbar erkunden, da der ÖPNV Madrids hervorragend ist und von der Wohnung aus top zu erreichen ist. Auch im direkten Umkreis der Wohnung gibt es viele tolle Läden zu entdecken.

excelente ubicaciòn
la ubicación es muy céntrica, rodeada de callecitas muy comerciales, y tiene pegado un centro de puestos de comida muy cool. a sólo un par de cuadras de la gran vía.

LIMPIO,COMODO Y BIEN UBICADO
En general todo 100% bien, camas comidisimas tanto la de la habitación como el sofa cama,en el baño nos dejaron geles de ducha,decoración muy moderna. la cocina esta dentro del salón y muy cuca en realidad todo el apartamento era bonito. Estaba super centrico se podia ir a todos sitios a pie. La única pega es que por las mañana el agua de la caldera no era del todo caliente llamamos y lo solucionaron. Si volviera a Madrid sin duda alguna me quedo alli.

Ok hotel, we had problems with the locks, they were fixed but still did not work very well. Wi-Fi slow but worked. Hotel reception friendly. Don't book taxi via hotel, we almost missed our flight.. But I still can recommend hotel because of the price and location.

飯店本身很不錯，但是地理位置在市中心，所以直到半夜12點附近都還很吵，隔音設備也不好，根本無法安靜地睡覺，這一點最讓人詬病!

Appartement moderne et tres bien situé, assez spacieux mais quand même assez bruyant car juste au dessus d'une terrasse commune à plusieurs points de restauration. Nous avons cependant été très déçu par l'état des équipements a l'intérieur de l'appartement. Plusieurs choses cassées, la propreté laissait à désirer, les sols en jonc vinyl complètement encrassé au point d'avoir les pieds noirs aprés avoir marché quelques minutes pied nu. Les draps troués et le canapé lit qui grince dès que l'on se tourne avec un matelas auquel il manque des morceaux. Cet appartement pourrait être parfait s'il était bien entretenu.
