We have verified your dissatisfaction in reference to the stay in our establishment and we want to tell you that we are very sorry that you have that opinion about the conditions of the room in which you stayed. In reference to the outside noise you heard from your room, we inform you that our hotel is currently renovating the entire soundproofing system to prevent this problem. In addition the cleaning service of our hotel takes very seriously, as it should be, the regularization of our rooms so we have never had complaints about bed linen, towels, etc. For our clients, smoking is prohibited in the rooms and in case they do, the hotel has a regulation that will be enforced if necessary.
