Great location

amazing location and very easy to get around! one block from Gran via metro station. The room was nice but After check in we never saw any hotel staff. Our reservation said it included free breakfast but we never received a notice or saw anything available. Also The internet is very weak and the tv didn't work at all.

Para no repetir. Lo unico bueno la ubicación porque el resto...un rollo de papel higienico para 3 dias. Solo vimos al chico del hotel para darnos al llave y recogerla. Poca higiene en el desayuno

Hotel is in a very city center. It may be a bit loud during the weekend due to many people partying in the streets.

Close to city center, but no breakfast

There was not anybody from the hotel to ask anything or to complain of anything! There was not any breakfast although it was announced that breakfast is included! TV did not work. Wi-fi was OK. Close to city center. Clean.

No es lo que anuncian

AVISO: NO todas las habitaciones son como las que publican. Es bastante engañoso. El estado de los muebles del baño en mi caso muy malo. Wi-fi muy pobre, apenas te daba para conectar. Además tuve que pagar en efectivo y no me dieron ni factura ni recibo ni nada Todo muy poco serio.

Buonissima posizione

Situato à qualche métro dalla gran via é da puerta del sol. Stanza discrète. Piccolo cucina a disposizione per colazione con microonde frigo bar é tutto quello che serve. Posizione ideale. Ottimo rapporto qualita' / prezzo

tout est à revoir

malgré un mail annonçant que nous arriverions vers 01 heure du matin et la reponse nous disant qu'il nous attendrait, ...personne, il a fallu téléphoner et le concierge est venu 20 minutes plus tard.. dans la chambre, la fenêtre ne fermait pas( pas de mécanisme!!!), donc scotchée et impossible de l'ouvrir.. au bout de trois jours, plus de papier toilette, personne pour faire le lit et l'hygiène de la chambre .. tout est rentré dans l'ordre avec un petit mot très désagréable..puis les 4 jours restants...toujours pas de service de chambre, pas de lit fait, pas de changement linge de toilette..le mardi 14 au soir la personne de garde(!!! )est venue nous demander une nuitée supplémentaire... bref le seul avantage de cet hôtel ,c'est sa situation... bref séjour à madrid très agréable mais je ne recommande cet hotel pour rien au monde et j-espère (en tant que bon client) que vous m;obtiendrez ou donnerez réparation cordialement georges combet

La habitación no estaba mal xo el Cheking lo teníamos a las14 y nos encontramos la puerta cerrada , llamamos x teléfono y no cogia nadie el teléfono y luego solo se encargan d cobrar y se van dejándote el hotel sin nadie k te atienda .. así k lo mejor el precio la ubicacion

Suficiente para un fin de semana

El sitio es sencillo pero limpio. Habitación pequeña y con armario pero para dormir suficiente. Sitio inmejorable y fácil de acceder. El desayuno nada sofisticado pero por el precio las fechas y la localización no creo q se pueda pedir más

SERVICIO DE RECEPCION INEXISTENTE

Este lugar no tiene ninguna indicación de donde está, solo un pequeño cartel al lado del telefonillo, llamé al telefonillo y subi a la puerta del hostal a las 11:00 a las 13:00 a las 14:00 (que era la hora de check in indicada) a las 14:30 y nadie abria, pregunte al conserje y nada supo decirme, a las 15:15 elegi irme sin poder usar los servicios y buscar otro lugar, porque jamas logre acceder a sus instalaciones.

Pésimo. Horrible la atención, defraudado

Pésimo. El dueño del hotel nos hizo esperar una hora hasta que nos atendió. Y cuando nos atendió, nos dice que no tiene agua caliente. Que nos iba a devolver la plata en la tarjeta de crédito o que nos cobraba la mitad. Pedimos que nos la devuelva y todavía sigo esperando. 75 euros tirados a la basura. Nunca más.

Ce n'est pas un hotel

Il faut aviser de l'heure qu'on prévoit arriver sinon il est fort probable qu'il n'y ait personne à la réception...pendant 4 jours j'ai vu une seule fois une personne à la réception. Aussi, la réceptionniste ne parlait ni anglais ni français mais on s'est arrangé avec Google translate! par contre, l'hôtel est super bien situé dans la ville.

Fantastic location, great rates, good room, but..

While i was satisfied with location and rates of this property, there were some points of which could be improved. For instance, room was not made up everyday. However, considering very cheap rates of this property, i don't think of these some points as a vulnerability or weakness. Staffs were very friendly and room was comfortable and clean. View was nice too, and unlike some reviews here there wasn't cigarette smoke. I will definitely consider booking this place again in future if rates are similar. Recommended.

Moi et ma sœur,on a bien visite Madrid à pied grasias à bon emplacement du la centre ville.le propriétaire sette très simpas.

De vergüenza

Estuvimos esperando más de media hora a q nos abrieran porque era un bloque de vecinos, la puerta edtaba cerrada y no había nadie para abrirnos.Nos abrio un smigo de la recepcionista que ni si quiera trabajaba alli.No había agua caliente.la cafetería cerrada por la mañana y no pudimos desayunar. Otra vez nadie en la recepción para atendernos y por fin apareció la chica que nos recibió en pijama y se limitó a cobrar.

La peor experiencia en hotelería...No vayas !

Si te gusta que te tomen el pelo y te maltraten como cliente, este es tu lugar. La peor experiencia que me ha tocado en hoteleria. Sin atención, sin limpieza en la habitación, habitación mucho peor que lo que anuncian y encima sin agua caliente porque "el dueño chino del edificio no pago el recibo"... ¿Qué? No cogen el telefono, no hay casi nunca nadie en recepción, pero tampoco te lo explican que una vez pagues te dejarán tirado. Ni una pisca de profesionalidad en NADA. No recomendable ni para mis enemigos.

The worse hotel.

Very bad experience in this hotel. The bathroom was broken,we stay two days and they did not clean the rooms. Breakfast was included in my booking but the bread and muffin was old. And we have to make the coffee. The hotel look like a ghost hotel only one girl in the morning really nice, but after 4:00 p.m nobody was there for answering any questions. Was a disaster. Unfortunately I didn't take pictures. But our stay there was really bad.
