Pretty much everything was perfect, it was quiet, very clean and staff were always available if help was needed. The only issue I had which was not major at all was that one of the windows wasn’t able to fully close but not sure why. Other than that everything was perfect

No air conditioning. Had to open windows with no screens. Extremely loud construction noise throughout the night. A man (a big fellow) wasn’t very hospitable at the reception, perhaps he can use a course or two on customer service. I will not stay at this hotel again & would not recommend it. Also, it had a smell that lingered & gave me a headache.

Be warned: in winter there is no ventilation. Your only options are full heat, no heat, or window open. I was rudely informed of this by the staff when I asked how to put on a fan in my stuffy room. Also my room was run down with splitting, dirty wallpaper, worn furniture and dust.

The location of the hotel is great since the metro station is nearby and the taxis are available 24 hours.. An ideal hotel if you are looking for a safe area that has local businesses, economical restaurants and you get to mingle with the locals.

Hello Team Iluion, Just wanted to share my thoughts on my recent stay. Overall, it was good – comfy room, friendly staff, and breakfast that hit the right notes. But, and it's a bit of a bummer, the bathroom situation left me a tad disappointed. The lack of privacy felt a bit too close for comfort, and it kind of took away from the overall experience. I hate to be a downer, but I believe an adjustment there could really elevate the stay. Thanks for listening, and here's to hoping my next visit will be even better.

Not as billed
Hotel details specifically state that they have a electric car charge point. They do not. Also, reduced parking charges (23 Euros instead of 30 Euros per day) do not apply unless you pay the parking bill in cash. Everybody uses credit cards these days. Since it costs 10 Euros or more just to get cash from an ATM the saving is non-existent.

I stayed 4 nights and my overall impression was that it’s okay. I had the unfortunate luck of traveling during a period where several conferences were on going and hotel prices doubled. If the room rate was closer to $100-$125 per night it would have been more acceptable. I was closer to $200 a night and it’s def not worth it. The staff was friendly. The rooms were clean. Tv was easy to use and I was able to connect a Roku stick for watching programs. However the bed was a bit too firm, the pillows too skinny and the ac was a single temperature. At this time the only option was best that my room was already too warm even with the ac off. Opening a window didn’t help at all, so falling asleep was difficult. The cleaning staff was on a mission to wake everyone up in the am. They would hit every wall, corner or object with their brooms and vacuum. So if you sleep in late, this is not the hotel for you. Other comments said the walls are paper thin, however I couldn’t hear my neighbors to my left or right. But I could hear everyone walking by the hallway and above me. Very strange but you could hear every whisper. Overall I would only stay here if there wasn’t anything in the near by area.

Checkin was smooth and wash. The staff was lovely. Room and bathroom were a decent size for the location. However my room had an absolutely awful old, moldy smell. I had to open the window to try and air it out. I was only there for 1 night or I would have requested to move rooms

The staff was exceptional whenever we had a request and very friendly. My problem is the lack of sound proofing between the rooms. The floors are vinyl and you can hear ever footstep or anytime something is dropped on the floor above your room. While in the bathroom there is vent and it’s possible to hear every conversation or noise from that room. We had a family with multiple children in the room next door who didn’t go to bed until after midnight, so I’m grateful we had earplugs. Also I was shocked there was only an electric kettle in the room, but no coffee pot. There was an espresso machine in the lobby where you could purchase a cup for 1.50 but after spending 4.50 and never having a decent cup of coffee we gave up.

Great location as the bus stops are within walking distance which makes transportation to most tourist attractions easy to get to. Our room was clean and comfy. Staff was courteous. We got there earlier than 11 am from a very long flight and the reception attendant kindly let us ck in early.

The hotel staff are helpful with information around the property. I went with 8 people from London and we were all disappointed that there was no electric kettle in the rooms for beverages like other places we have visited in the past. Apart from this, it’s otherwise a good environment and very close to the airport.
