Very near airport so convenient for early morning flights. Hotel and room were welcoming, clean and well furnished. Neighborhood is somewhat rundown and dining opportunities very limited. On-site dining was closed. Staff were excellent.

The parking lot could only accommodate small cars. This made it very difficult for the large vehicle I rented. However, I must complement the staff for the excellent help they provided, in particular, the manager kindly came down to the garage with us, and help us personally on the way out. truly superior service.

Perfect stay if you have an early flight the next day. Neighborhood has plenty of dining options, including a great indian restaurant around the corner which was still open at 10pm

This place is perfect for staying right before you are going to the airport for a flight. Is close and has a gasoline station right in front. If you have a rental is just perfect.

Hope to pay for parking and the parking is in the basement two floors below which is very tight if you've got a large car you might have a problem but I would like to say our I was very pleased with cleaning lady it's done a very good job thank you

Being allowed an early check in was very practical, staff was helpful. Only downside, the service at the bar was uncommonly cold an indifferent.

This hotel is located close to the Madrid airport in a community with shops and dining. It’s a good choice for travelers seeking a hotel before an early departure from the airport. Note: a 10 min cab ride is required as there is no shuttle.

Nice quick stop
Very easy check in, clean and comfortable. Only stayed a night to watch Real Madrid game. Great location near the airport to get out nice and early. Would go back again.

Close to the airport but still taxi cost you more.
The room was nice and clean. I got there at 2 am and left at 4:30 am so could not enjoy even the bath. The staff could have been a bit more friendly. Also I called many times before and no one answered if someone answered might had made my journey bit smoother.Also is very close to the airport but u still a taxi is not easy to walk there so costa u more the taxi.

Walkable from metro station, excellent breakfast and close to airport. Taxi was 17 Euros to airport however you could take metro to airport as well. Good sized room and bathroom. Staff were excellent. Very clean but some hair on floor in bathroom so scored 4.5/5 on that, but overall wonderful stay. Would definitely stay again!

The room was spacious and very clean. Check was easy and quick. The prefect hotel for a lay over - but also for a longer stay, as the metro is nearby. I'll stay again for sure.

Property is listed as soundproof but if you’re room is facing the roadside expect to hear not only traffic but even conversations between guests who go out for their cigarettes, and we were on the second floor… not exactly sound proof in my opinion. Room was clean, comfortable, breakfast wasn’t the best but hey ho you get what you pay for.

I stayed here between flights. It was very close to the airport $14-$8 Euro Urber ride. Check in and out was very easy. The room was clean. They provided two waters and orange juice in the mini fridge free of charge - that was nice after a long flight. I would stay here again.
