Perfect place to stay. Several excellent dining options. Hotel modern, new and clean. Friendly staff. Conveniently located at 15 minutes by car from Madrid downtown. Very fair price!!

The place is very nice, room was spacious and clean. Daily service is pretty good as well. It would have been a good idea if the room had a coffee machine as the breakfast is served starting at 8 am.

Overall it's a good hotel, hence the 4-star rating. Why did I not give 5 stars? Because it can do better, examples: 1) Breakfast on Sunday starts only at 8 am, we had to leave at 8:15 so had to rush 2) The batteries in the TV remote were dead 3) We had to call to get a stopper for the tub 4) internet should be faster. If you need to be in that part of Madrid, it's ok.

Buenas Tardes Sr. Victor López.Siento que mi trato en el Check-in fuera horrible e incluso se quedara muy decepcionado con mi trato.No fue esa la impresión que me dio usted con le hice la entrada porque incluso me bromeo con el número de la habitación al ser la hab 222 me dijo usted los tres patitos.También me pregunto que si por un cliente VIP EN Expedia tendría un Upgrade, dije que lo desconocía pero que de todas maneras este hotel tiene todas las habitaciones iguales y aplicar upgrade en este caso no le iba a servir de mucho por el tema de las habitaciones.En mis 20 años de trabajo como recepcionista de hotel, puedo llegar a entender en un momento dado que no haya dado un buen servicio, no creo que haya sido este caso y mucho menos para calificarlo de horrible.De todas maneras Sr. López en lo que a mi concierne le pido disculpas en lo que yo le haya podido ofender y por lo que yo le haya podido defraudar.Un cordial saludo.Antonio

We loved our stay at this hotel because it was perfect for us to explore the area just outside of Madrid. The dining options were a super plus with a variety of food with great ambiance. The staff was very friendly and the room was comfortable.

No air conditioning when asked at desk I was told that it wasn’t hot enough despite being 26 degrees, needed to open the window at night which was noisy. No coffee and tea facilities in the room. No spare pillows.

Room was modern, spacious and clean. Beds very comfortable and had a proper quilt/duvet. Shower was great. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Also gave us a late checkout.

Staff made it very welcoming. We arrived as a group of 11. Spoke perfect English. All very clean. Local restaurants were great too. Receiption arranged taxis for us the whole stay.

It's in a good location, bus stop is just right in front that would take you to the Metro which is about a 10-minute ride. The hotel staffs were very helpful. It is very clean and the pillows were comfy. The only thing is, when I checked the website when I booked, it says the hotel has an AC but it doesn't. It only has a heater. We had to open the windows at night but the noise from the highway was loud. We didn't have a choice coz my husband and I can't sleep coz it was warm.

The area an atmosphere in the hotel and all the restaurants make the place really life and nice. The best thing is the people that work at the hotel! Always nice, kind and willing to help. breakfast is nice as well

Best accomodation choice in the area
I was so impressed by the friendliness and efficient service of this hotel! I stayed there not on vacation but because I had a relative staying at the hospital nearby...they were really accommodating and helpful which made such a big difference while I was going through difficult times. Other than that, the facilities, cleanliness are great. Modern hotel with a great restaurant area complex.

Great hotel and location only minor issue was the breakfast, limited choice and cooked food not hot. Staff very friendly and helpful. Bus stop directly outside hotel so getting to centre very easy. Great views

No restaurants in hotel which were in website.
I was disappointed in that the website listed 3 restaurants and they had closed them. Not even a pop machine. The garden was also not able to be used. Taking a shower it could go from normal to scalding to freezing and back.

THE AD SAID there was a shuttle service to and from airport, a resturaunt at the hotel, and more... There was none of the above. When i asked the concierge about it he said"they can call a taxi for you..." and the resturaunt is under construction. We paid $50 for our 20 minute car ride to the airport. We went nextdoor to eat food, but atleast the rooms clean, the a/c is cold, and there are 3 split beds available. HOWEVER based on the fact that we purposely picked the hotel for the airport shuttle and in hotel resturaunt it was jo good, we could have picked somewhere else to stay.

Service, facilities, cleanliness & breakfast was very good. Room thermostat controls didn't work at all and the room temperature was unbearable at one point reaching 30degC ! Bed was ok, bathroom a bit dated.
