Feelathome Madrid is cozy & quiet. Supermarket & metro station are around the corner. Kitchen & utensils are nice. Last but not least, the reception is very helpful & responsive. Recommended.

Great location and easy to connect to the metro which was less than a block away. The area was quiet so it was nice to come back to it after a busy day. Only issue I had was the shower had a slow drainage problem.

The property was very clean and well equipped. Staff are friendly and helpful. Conveniently located a 3 minute walk to the underground, you can be anywhere in Madrid easily. The neighborhood is quiet and safe so we walked everywhere. We would stay there again.

Would have liked a small mirror in the room as well as bathroom. Larger mugs to drink from. Room a little noisy with fridge, air con and bin men passing window every night. Staff very friendly and helpful. Easy walk to metro station and local shops. Enjoyed our stay.

Fantastic and new apartments within 5-8 min walk to the nearest underground station, which will take you to the city centre of Madrid in no time. We were pleasantly surprised with the amount of pans and utensils the apartments were provided with, in case you want to cook anything. And the fridge was also big enough. Everything is new and the bed and pillows are super comfy. However, the apartments are not cleaned during your stay (regardless of how long you stay) unless you pay 30€ for it... and you are not provided with anything to clean yourself either. That's a bit cheeky... And for such new apartments, the sound insulation with other apartments and the corridor is really bad. One would have thought that not hearing conversations happening on the corridor is something basic to have been considered at design stage. Despite the above, I would consider coming back to these apartments due to their location and installations.

Thanks to them we can detect in which areas we need to improve and put our efforts into them.Guests who stay more than 7 nights with us, are entitled to a free cleaning, guests with less nights stay, as you indicated, can request an additional cleaning for 30, but in case you want a change of towels or any additional items, just ask the reception - also if you need any cleaning items (broom, mop...) just ask the reception, please do not hesitate to ask for it for your next stay.Best Regards:

The location was great, the suite was everything we could have asked for. Check in was very easy. The person at front desk was so nice, gave us excellent recommendations; she was extremely helpful! We definitely recommend this as perfect place to stay in Madrid.j

Overall the and place was clean, except for one blanket that was dirty. Some cups were also dirty. It was obvious that the people who stayed before us, didn't washed them. Communication was good and the two ladies in charge were very kind and helpful.

My husband and I have truly enjoyed our stay at Feelathome Ventas last week. The property is new and modern, which we always appreciate. The area is nice, safe and close to a supermarket and metro stations. It is not very spacious, so keep that in mind if you travel with a lot of luggage or if you plan on staying for an extended period of time ;-) We would stay there again and we recommend this property to other travellers looking for a clean, modern, safe, efficient place to stay when visiting Madrid.

Very clean appartments. Everything looks new and in excellent working order. Although 2 miles from the centre there is a Metro 5 minutes walk away. Friendly and helpful staff. My only problem was my information email arrived 5 hours after l'd checked out after a 2 night stay.

Outstanding! I really feel at home at this apartment. It is very closeto supermarket and many restaurants. Easy to catch public transport. The staff is warm, friendly and helpful. The roomis very clean and everything is arranged thoughtfully.

Séjour parfait avec un appartement parfait.
Aparthotel bien situé proche de plusieurs stations de métro. studio spacieux et avec tout le nécessaire pour un séjour de plusieurs jours. La communication avant, pendant le séjour efficace et le personnel très gentil et aidant. Je souligne l’assistance de Mlle Paloma. Elle a toujours répondu rapidement et m’a donné toutes les possibilités concernant l’arrivée en matinée et le départ après midi (consigne des valises). Je retournerai sûrement.
