Necesito que me devuelvan mi dinero.. llegue y resulta que no pude hospedarme porque debido a las lluvias no estaba habitable el lugar.. indicaron que me devolverían mi dinero y hasta el momento espero la devolución

It was very confortable. The staff service were so nice. That's pity after two times the staff for the shower, in the bathroom didn't resolved our problem, because the water didn't move very fast, after a shower. However, we're love it the place, the quarter and it was a very attention staff. Great, thank you.

We couldn’t stay in the property, we were told that due to a water leak in the upper part of the property. He couldn’t speak English and another resident had to explain to us. Then he dropped us in another hotel for the first night, but didn’t inform the staff if we would be able to stay in there for the other 2 nights. We had drive back to the hotel and he drove us to a hostel for another night. Then we spent our last night in the airport u all right as our flight was early morning. This spoiled our trip and I will be contacting Expedia to get refund

When we arrived there was nobody in the reception, we had to wait for more than one hour untill someone arrived to receive. After that, the hotel had our reservation but there was no empty rooms, and the we were transferred to another hotel, further away. A very bad experience.

Staff friendly. Two night stay, tiny room, clean but needs updating. Tiles in shower floor broken, grout black, bed old with dips. But very cheap! Close for Renfe to Madrid.

The staff were friendly and helpful, we always found the room clean. Only wi-fi didn’t work very well and there was a not nice odour coming from the sink in the toilet

The people is nice and the room is cleaned every day, but the furniture is old and worn out. Some drawers are missing and some things in the toilet show lots of rust. Needs an urgent refurbishment.

Nice friendly hotel
Clean , friendly , welcoming staff , the reception staff were happy to help us and give us information . Clean rooms. Location was near a bus stop to town , lovely restaurant near by

Great if close parking and wifi not a priority.
The hotel was chosen for two major requirements (amongst others):- Parking to unload a very, very full car and a bike - what parking!!!!! Room for one (maybe at a push) two cars behind a gate which had to be unlocked - basically useless. Wifi to download a lot of information - very weak and sporadic reception. Other than that excellent. For my specific requirement very poor however for most who have no specific requirement for parking or wifi - fantastic value.

Had a great stay. The hotel was spotless. Rooms a little small but very comfortable. Bathroom showers fabulous. The staff are brilliant, informative and extremely friendly. Location requires bus into centre but they are very regular. Nice bar/restaurant near.

Good location to center
It´s a distance from the Train stop. So if you are not from the area go to the tourist section and get a map of the metro. Very easy and inexpensive to get there. Metro (€1.50) and bus (€1.50). They allow luggage on. I and a friend had 4 luggages together. It may be tiring with luggage. But very cheap!! After that you can get anywhere you would want to using bus and metro. Great and cheap transportation. The hotel and service was great. Room was small but clean and comfortable.

Avery easy drive into central Madrid - 10 minutes
Very friendly and helpful staff; Simple but clean rooms. Check first - one smelt of smoke - but was due for redecoration.

He reservado en esta estancia varias veces porque me viene bien por la zona que es muy buena y tiene todo cerca en coche, pero poco a poco va perdiendo calidad. A mi llegada no estaba el recepcionaste y nos tocó esperar bastante ya que no tiene ni un telefono movil donde localizarlo. En contramos varios cabellos largos entre las sabanas y las toallas olian a humedad. El cobertor de la cama se veia ya bastante desgastado y con quemaduras de cigarillos en ella y por ultimo la habitacion tenia una gotera en el techo que caian las gotas justo en el cabecero. He me hospedado varias veces y en esta ocasion ha sido deficiente. Es una pena.

El dueño muy borde, el hotel está al lado de las vías del tren y cada vez que pasa suena mucho. La habitación súper antigua, las persianas no se cerraban del todo y entraba toda la luz

Despues de esperar 30 min en recepción a que llegase el personal me dicen q no tienen habitación y me enviaron a otro hotel a 15 minutos, por lo lenos resolvieron en el otro hotel si me atendieron muy bien
