"Just an average 3 star experience really. Nobody went out of their way to make the stay exceptional as hospitality forward attitude nor anyone did a terrible job either. There is no GYM on property, despite asking around several times to figure out how to improvise instead, only on the last 2 days I come to find out there was a local gym they have the agreement with that can be used for 10Euro daily charge. This was an important amenitie to me as an athlete and it shouldn't have been this hard to find out this information. All front desk staff should know. Rooms were pretty standard, little bit on the small side. Showers were hot but no-door design always makes a mess on the floor. Breakfast was decent and fair value for the price given the convenience of it. If you are foodie or in Madrid to experience the food, you can certainly will do better outside for less the price. Location was good, everything you'd ever need is walking distance. "

"I arrived at the hotel around 7:00 a.m. and went straight to check in. Although I was not greeted upon entering, despite two staff members being present at the front desk, a young blond male staff member did inform me that a room was available early, well before the official 3:00 p.m. check-in time. I appreciated this, as I was extremely exhausted. I was assigned Room 115. Unfortunately, the room had significant usability issues. The toilet was located in a separate, extremely small space that required sitting sideways to use—clearly not accessible or comfortable for most adults. After resting briefly, I left to get food and returned later to shower. The shower, however, was unusable. The stall door opened inward, leaving less than eight inches of space to enter, making it physically impossible to access.This room is not suitable for a standard-sized adult and raises serious concerns about accessibility and basic functionality. When I returned to the front desk to report the issue, I expressed my frustration, noting that the staff seemed already aware of the room’s limitations. I was initially told I would need to pay extra for a different room, which I declined, as the issue was not a matter of preference but of usability. Eventually, the staff agreed to move me. I was ultimately reassigned to a different room, 101, which was appropriately sized and had a functional bathroom and shower. Because of this experience, I would not choose to stay at this hotel again."

"Excellent location. Great staff. Only thing that would have been better was some olive oil, salt and pepper for cooking. Beside that, 10/10. "

"The location is perfect! The metro station is just steps away, taxis are always available, and you can easily walk to nearby plazas, parks, and restaurants—everything is incredibly convenient. The staff truly made the experience exceptional, especially Josefina at reception, who was attentive and genuinely friendly. We also appreciated the warm welcome from the team offering drinks while we waited—it was a lovely touch. Everything at this hotel exceeded expectations: the rooms, sauna, linens, towels, and the restaurant in the lobby were all outstanding. I will definitely be booking again."
