The only issue I had was checking in. It was not difficult, but lengthy. We didn't have the correct app, or WiFi which made it a bit difficult. If your phone dies while you are out, you won't get in. Secondly you can't get in the room until exactly 3:00. The room was very nice, clean, quiet, and was a short walk to the train. It was my first experience with self check in and would do it again now that I know what to do. Would be nice if it was easier to check in.

Check in was VERY difficult. I booked through Expedia that gives scam warnings against putting your credit card into any other website. To do the traveler check in you must put in your card. I changed my SIM card to travel and they sent a text to my American sim, making me unable to check in without switching.

*Mold Alert* This was one of the most disappointing and unclean stays I've ever had. The biggest problem that I had with the hotel is the fact that our room had a strong mold smell, which we later learned that our private bathroom was covered in mold (mainly in the shower and ceiling). It was very apparent that the bathroom wasn't cleaned before and even long before our stay. My partner and I had to endure this for an entire night seen that we arrived late (it was self check in) and we had to put my health in jeopardy because it was too late to find a replacement and we were extremely tired from our travels. I later tried reaching out to the staff through expedia and I never received any response. Aside from the mold, there was markings on the walls. It is a shame that the property management team is allowing people to stay in such conditions.

it was a terrible mess, there were no bedding on the bed, and when someone put them on after an hour of waiting the sheet was torn, the walls were dirty, the air conditioning did not work and the bathroom was execrable

Nice and clean - no receptionist in the hotel
Easy check-in after receiving an email with info. No receptionist - so this is a fully automated check-in, beware. The room was nice and clean

Average not clean hairs everywhere and the whole point of hotels is to go to a reception and they sort out the room - this is not a hotel you have to organise your own room

The room was extremely small, but it was in a perfect condition, everything new - so I didn't mind. Loved the fact that it had a heater for colder nights. And an electric kettle if you are a big tea lover. Although the bathroom was shared, I never had to wait and it had a hairdryer - big plus. The nice touch is that there is a water cooler on the first floor. Location was exactly 60 min walking to the city center or 40 minutes walking to Atocha railway station. Metro is about 7 minutes walking.

The property was lovely, even though we did not have a private bathroom it did not effect the stay. Located in a quite area close to the metro about 15m to Sol. The beds were comfy with great pillows. The fan was a great help as it does get very hot. I was also pleased that a kettle was provided and a nice cold water fountain in the hallway was a brilliant touch! The communicate between getting the codes for the room were good however would of liked to received it in english as i have to google translate all the information but nevertheless had all the information for when i go there. Overall great stay and great price so thankyou!

Worst customer service...RUDE PEOPLE...had to wait 8 hours to check In when I asked for early check in...shower overflowed every day...had to PAY FOR EXTRA TOWELS????? Never recommending to anyone.

Hi, We are so sorry reading this lines, I don´t undertand what do you mean with "8 hours to check in", all the guests can enter in the building and room at any time from 15:00 since receives by email the access codes three days before arrival. Yes, the room´s price includes one first set of towels and sheets, if guest needs extra towels, we kindly give these for an extra fee. We offer clean, beautiful and comfortable rooms for excelent prices.

Disappointing service
Very disappointed with the service received. Could not get into my flat for almost an hour and had difficult communication with the someone who said she only receive calls. I asked if someone could come to assist but i was told that is not possible. There was no cold water either. Only one water dispenser on the 1st floor not connected. Water was warm to drink. No kitchen so beware and no TV.

Struttura senza pretese ma dal buon rapporto qualità-prezzo, ha nelle vicinanze una fermata della Metro. Da migliorare materasso e cuscini perchè sono troppo rigidi. Nel piccolo bagno sarebbe opportuno aggiungere qualche mensola, altrimenti non si sa dive appoggiare gli oggetti.

Pas de services d’avance ni personne sur place. Il faut un numéro de cellulaire pour se préenregistré et un appareil pour ouvrir les portes sur place. Ils ne répondent pas aux appels téléphoniques ni aux envois courriels. Il faut un logiciel de traduction pour comprendre leurs messages automatisés envoyés par courriel. Ils ne changent pas les draps à moins de payer extra et il y a des frais si on ne fait pas de checkout en ligne.

Ho avuto un problema, con l email, erroneamente ho sbagliato a scrivere la mia email, di conseguenza non mi è arrivata la notifica per entrare nella casa, servizio clienti inesistente, al telefono non ti rispondo, tramite email ti rispondo dopo giorni. Alla fine ho dovuto prenotare un altro alloggio. Nell appartamento alla fine non ci sono neanche entro. Pagando e non usufruendo della camera. Non consiglio, poiché se hai bisogno di un aiuto, sei completamente abbandonato a te stesso. Vergognoso.

Cominciamo con ordine: 1-zona urbana molto decadente con negozi e bar scadenti e strade piene di rifiuti urbani 2-interno dell'albergo con finiture scadenti (pavimento in linoleum di bassa qualità e scale anguste) 3-bagno con lavabo di PICCOLISSIME dimensioni e fornito di 2 soli teli da bagno senza asciugamani, doccia senza miscelatore e doccetta 4-pochissime grucce appendiabiti (n.3 totali) e nessun armadio 5-impossibile chiudere le veneziane esterne senza il rischio di cadere dalla finestra 6-porta di ingresso all'appartamento con serratura danneggiata (ma funzionante) di cui è stata data immediata segnalazione tramite il sito con opportuna foto allegata 7-la vostra presentazione dell'albergo era decisamente allettante rispetto a quanto si è trovato, quindi suppongo che voi non abbiate mai visitato l'albergo offerto 8-personalmente non consiglierei mai a nessun amico di utilizzare questa struttura

No se parece en nada en las fotos la limpieza no existe esta todo sucio y la cama es incómoda el colchón no sirve dormimos fatal nos levantamos todos los días con dolor de espalda y en 5 días no vimos a nadie

La habitación no es l de la fotos
La habitación no es la que aparece en las fotos, y la verdad no creo que exista la habitación de los fotos en ese edificio. En cuanto a la habitación que nos asignaron las paredes estaban sucias, y las cortinas de la ventana también, échenle un vistazo la la parte de abajo de las cortinas, da grima. El baño huele mal, al parecer se devuelven olores de las cañerías. Y en general la habitación es muy pequeña, no hay movilidad para dos personas adultas y dos maletas.
