The plumbing is old. Weird loud gurgling sounds coming out from behind the walls now and then. The renovation is good and modern. Would come and stay again if I come this way again.

This apartment was in a great location, even thought the nearby Metro station is closed until October 2023. The place was clean, easy to get to, and nicely appointed. Many attractions and conveniences are walkable, including the Reina Sofia museum (basically next door), the Atocha train station, the Retiro, and the many bus stops that lead you anywhere in the city.

It was my first time in Madrid and the location was just perfect. We were able to walk everywhere. The staff was helpful and the space was just perfect for our family of 4.

We really enjoyed our flat. It was spacious, very clean and the bed was super comfortable. The area is very centrally located close to everything but can get very very noisy at very late hours ( bar below). Thank goodness the strong windows did mute the noise to some extent. The AC is perfect. If it wasn’t for the noise and that there was no dryer to dry our clothes ( there is a washer !!) it would have been a 5

Several things didn't work properly in the unit. Hot water would run out after one person takes a shower leaving the second one with cold water. Lights didn't work in one room. Fire alarm went off which we were then told could happen from water vapor when someone takes a shower. Etc etc. Good place but not great. Too many little headaches.

They had an electric issue at 60 Balconies Art so they relocated us to the Iconic which turned out even better. Very helpful with storage of our bags before checkin. Right across from nightclub which was convenient but a little loud for some people. Excellent space and amenities. Elevator was perfect. Definitely would rebook.

We had a wonderful stay at 60 balconies. The location is perfect, the apartment is clean and spacious. All of the amenities are nice. Plenty of towels. Nice kitchen. We were very very happy with our stay. I would highly recommend it and will stay there again when in Madrid.

I liked the style of the property and that there was daily room cleaning. It looked just like the pictures online. The location was great. It could have been cleaner, but it was not bad. Two suggestions 1) with only one bathroom at least one more mirror is needed 2) the bathroom is tight, and it would have been nicer if the towel storage was not right next to the toilet. Overall, it was great!

Perfect family stay
After a confusing check-in, the stay was perfect! Make sure you follow the multiple emails for the advance check-in (if you arrive after hours) ! Ideal location with metro literally outside the front door and atocha train station across the street (for day trips to Seville, toledo, segovia, etc). Restaurant row right behind the building. Clean, modern and 3 bedroom unit was amazing for my family of 5. For those looking for halal options, there's 3 restaurants right around the corner.

These are excellent apartments with anything you need … kitchen fully equipped, cleaning materials, laundry machine! Even in the middle of buzzing traffic and loud crowds eating in the restaurants below, the interior of the apt was peaceful! The location is perfect! In front of Atocha Station and the Metro station entrance right in front of the apartments! If I return to Madrid, this is where I’ll stay!!

Beau bâtiment et bel appartement spacieux propre et moderne . Éponge et une pastille lave vaisselle ainsi qu une bouteille d eau . Le strict minimum.Bien placé au pied du métro et d une borne taxi . Pas de parking et impossible de stationner en bas de l immeuble. Check in automatique impossible avec des enfants mineurs . Le personnel a répondu cependant à notre appel téléphonique .

Great location, terrible pillows
The location of this apartment was great. Steps of the main train station and plenty of restaurants and shops along the main street. The pillows on the beds were horrible. Flat as pancakes. Towels were also thin and few. We had wanted to extend our stay due to a prolonged business appointment I had, but the management never returned emails or messages. 3 stars due to it's convenient location.
