There were a few issues that I had with this property which is why I am happy that I only had to be there one night. First, on our way to the hotel our taxi driver told us to not walk to the supermarket that was right there. Later we found out from another women when we were checking into the hotel is that the surrounding area was unsafe and someone had been mugged last night. Secondly, since the surrounding area was unsafe, we decided to order room service instead of going out. I typically enjoy ordering room service. However, this time it was a very unpleasant experience. I called to order 2 hamburgers one well done and one medium rare. Both of the hamburgers came medium rare and with everything on them which it was requested on the well done burger to have no toppings. To make matters worse, when we called to tell room service about the mix up, they hung up on us. Then we called the front desk to inform them of the issue and they were to send a new burger up to our room. We waited an hour and the burger never showed up so we had to order from uber eats and we still had to pay for the burger we never ate since we had paid before we even looked at our food.

This hotel is excellent in almost every way, beginning with the airport pick-up & drop-off service. Makes for a pleasant experience at the end of a long day's travel. The front desk staff were friendly, helpful and knowledgeable, top-notch! The rooms are what one would expect in a higher-priced hotel and were well-appointed and very clean. My only comment is the the bathroom provides little privacy if you're traveling with more than one person per unit. My only negative comment was the quality and variety of the food in the evening. It does not live up to the quality of the rest of the hotel. However, the breakfast is one of the best I've experienced ...... it's excellent! I would definitely consider staying at this hotel in future. One other comment it's only a short walk to the underground green line that will transport you anywhere in Madrid for a great price.

It was nicely appointed, attractive, clean and quiet for our one night needing to stay close to the airport. There was a free shuttle and at check in they were very accommodating to letting us check out after 1 pm. It is located in a pleasant residential area with parks and a grocery store down the street and the metro is only a half block away if you choose to go into central Madrid.

The room is very clean. The area is quiet considering close to airport. However, there's a potential safety issue: the rugs next to bed are very slippery on the hard wood floor. People could fell down easily when getting up from bed.

We were only there for one night prior to flying home. We arrived over an hour and a half before check-in, and the young lady on the desk rushed through so we could check in ten minutes later. We were both exhausted so it was much appreciated. We had a late lunch in the restaurant. The food was good, and the staff polite and welcoming.

We arrived late and the resteraunt was quick with a late dinner order to take up to our room. It was so nice to have it all packed up so well. The staff recognized how tired we were and were very. Helpful.

The shuttle was great to pick us up and drop us off at airport, super helpful. The restaurant at the hotel was delicious and was nice to just walk down to when you have had a busy day.

We stayed here because of the hotel's proximity to the airport. It was very nice, located in a quiet neighborhood 10 minutes from the airport. And even though it was so close to the airport, there was no airplane noise. The hotel was very close to a metro stop. The hotel had a restaurant and a bar, but there were also a couple of small restaurant/bars within walking distance. The free airport shuttle leaves every hour. Our room was very comfortable. I would highly recommend this hotel

Great place to stay near Madrid International Airport. Only negative was the airport shuttle didn't operate before 6AM, so we had to pay €21 for a taxi in order to make our early flight.

Great location, the free shuttle from the airport was so convenient and a short drive. Hotel responded immediately to my whatsapp messages when we arrived. Staff were friendly, able to converse in english. The metro was only 5 minutes walk with a direct route to downtown Madrid. The buffet breakfast was amazing. I would definitly recommend.

Great location close to the airport. Lots of travel routes available into the city. I've used a bus, tram and an Uber traveling in and out of the city (for a wander and later to watch Real Madrid) and its been super easy. All the staff have been lovely and helpful.

We were so happy there that came back two weeks later. There’s no way you beat up this price and service. It’s so close to the airport and a great price.

The staff is great! All of the front desk people are welcoming, friendly, and super fast! They help a lot giving you any convenient information you may need for your trip. The shuttle service was on time and efficient. Get early for the breakfast because they start picking up the food items 30 minutes before and you ran out of food. The man in charge of the restaurant is kind of cold and he likes to demonstrate superiority by moving his finger and sending you to the ugliest table in the restaurant. Out of that, this hotel is what you need if you don’t want to pay hundreds. Clean, nice, quiet, close to everything and quick-trustable hotel.

We stayed overnight before a mid day flight the next day and was very impressed with everything. The restaurant is excellent as are the staff. Our room was large and luxurious with all the amenities you need, the included breakfast was also excellent. They also transported us from and back to the airport at no extra cost. I would highly recommend this hotel
