The only problem I had was the light coming in around the blind was bright during the night. It was hard to sleep. Everything else was good.

The staff was friendly during check in and at breakfast time. The room was very clean, the beds were comfortable and hallways, common areas and outside were clean and well kept. The location was central to where we needed to be for the weekend. A

Very clean due to the fact that they haven’t allowed their hotel to be used as a dog kennel. No odors or smells. Good condition. Nice breakfast. Waffles in the shape of Texas! Friendly staff. Nice pool and hot tub but it’s being repaired after a pipe break in January. If not for that-5 stars!

Very clean room!
The room was very clean. You can tell they actually clean the floors. This is something I don't see most of the time. It was great!! The breakfast needs some improvement - they don't leave out any fruit, and there weren't any bagels the 2nd day I was there. The biscuits need to change. They were bad. But if you are looking for a very clean room this is the place!

Property was the best hotel in the area, that's a plus!?! Pool heater not working Room was very small for a double room Breakfast provided was okay, juices were out. Overall, just old and unimpressive. There is a saying in the service industry (hotel/restaurant) ... "You are either new and shiny OR old and dirty." This property was the latter.

Room was clean. Smelled like smoke in hotel and the bathroom toilet would not stop running unless I took off the lid on the tank and pulled the lever.

The front desk worker on 8/26 was rude, unfriendly, and showed poor communication skills. I have 3 year old twins who were excited to see their aunt who also stayed at this property. When they saw their aunt, they yelled her name, as children typically do, and the front desk worker yelled, “Keep quiet, there are other guest here who are asleep”. However, it was 5pm, day time, and we were on the way out the front door. I can understand if they were running around the hotel screaming, however, they were not. They were excited to see their aunt and yelled her name as we were leaving the hotel. This worker lacks compassion, patience, and understanding of small children. I have never had any problems at hotels we stayed at in the past! In addition, the floor in our room at a red stain, stuffy, and the toilet was dirty! The worker needs more training in customer service and we will definitely think twice before staying here in the future.

Sorry for that but children were running in the second floor hallway. Front desk person told them many times that do not run because that time we had some rooms who work nightshift. Second thing she was not rude but she told you very nicely.
