The front end staff was very kind; the room was poorly cleaned it was musty and smelled the shower area had hair on the stall wall and no shampoo in the despiser *also large amount of blood in the parking lot area plus a guy sleeping in his car!

Staff was so friendly. The cleanliness is exceptional! Good breakfast variety Very welcoming for service animal. Love the laminate floor in the rooms. So much cleaner than carpet !
