"It's a new hotel and it's been open for 3 years. The front desk was friendly and helpful. She even took a picture with my mom. Also, Lizette Santos is the executive housekeeper and she was helpful and sweet with my mom. This was a wonderful cozy and warm place to stay. My

"What this hotel lacked in upgrades, it made up for with friendly staff who made sure to go out of their way in any way possible to make our

more comfortable. In our room there were some sticky doors and stains in the room, but the way we were treated by the staff made up for any short comings. The one thing I would have to say was that our room didn't have a smoke detector in it. We were told they would get maintenance on it, but it was still not installed before we checked out. "
