"The entire staff at the La Quinta Lynchburg were so friendly and very attentive. We had a great time. The breakfast was wonderful. The pool was very relaxing and enjoyed it very much. The rooms were clean, decorated nicely. We had a wonderful, wonderful time and we will definitely come back 10 shout outs to the staff"

"I made my reservation and paid in advance for my stay MONTHS before my arrival date. Two days before my arrival they cancelled my reservation. I called and talked with the manager who said she would look into it and call me back. I must have sent 3 messages following up and not one was responded to. Left a message saying that since I did not hear from them I would be there on my planned arrival. I was literally traveling all over Canada and the US and my plans were not easy to adjust at that...

"The room wasn't even cleaned while we were their, it only gets done every third day unless you ask. Mold in the bathroom, no shampoos in the dispenser, three adults in our room and only one bar a soap. Now keep in mind the room was supposed to have been cleaned before we were allowed in and IF we asked things were supplied. I paid for an upscale size room and I know that wasn't and I don't even think they have larger rooms. You couldn't pass each other in the room. It smelled clean...
