"The room was very nice, neat and clean plus nice bathroom too. The pool was alao excellent we enjoyed swimming a lot. Though, it could have been great if there was a microwave oven available inside the room so that we can warm up some snacks and also if a coffee maker was available too and if a small facial bar soap was provided just as the same as the usual hotel complimentary but in general it was good staying at Tru by Hilton hotel Norwalk"

"Kitchen staff were extremely nice and were busy keeping the food area clean and restocked. There was a long line of customers waiting to get checked in-- so that was a bit disappointing. My friend wasn't even able to get into her room until later that night. The pool area was great. An elevator was broken during our stay, and since the hotel was completely full of guests that was a challenge."

"For our purposes this was the ideal location for business and visiting family. We have stayed in Aloft properties before and expected minimalism, but... only four hangers? And there was no housekeeping service during a five-night stay. I had to ask for towels on the third day, that were delivered while we were out, but dirty towels were not picked up nor was the bed made (ever). :( The indoor pool is great, and the bar/lounge area is very nice but general hotel experience was lacking."
