I reserved a non smoking room but the smell of smoke was so heavy in the room. The table had not been wiped down and there was a piece of bar soap that was not the hotels that was left in the shower leaving me to believe it hadn’t been cleaned. I found ashes on the side of the air conditioner which mean ppl had been smoking and that housekeepers didn’t clean the room

The room was not clean. The chairs for the dining table were so dirty. The tv looked like it was going fall. The floors were at an angle. One of the windows was cracked opened and would not close.

The man at front desk was very nice. The room- No trash can, tried to use the shower and the water shot straight up. Definitely needs updating. Room smelled musty.

The grass and the hedges looked as if they hadn’t been cut in weeks, this is the first time I’ve stayed and the property looked that bad. I do love staying at the hotel because of the large rooms, overall a great stay once again.

Staff was friendly and efficient. Grounds around hotel littered with trash and debris. No parking for trailers or larger vehicles. (Should mention that in description). A lot of construction workers hanging around common area. They were loud, drinking, and swearing. Not a good environment for a family. Good nightly rate, but not worth the trouble. More like a homeless shelter than a hotel.

I walked into the room with my 2 children and started gagging from the smell. Because the air conditioning was off, the humidity in the room combined with the lingering smell of weed in the dirty carpet was overwhelming. It was midnight, and we had been driving for hours, and everything was booked, so we did not have a choice but to make do. Truly a disgusting place. Extremely rundown, cabinets were dirty, no trash can, and there was no way that I was letting my kids take a shower in that bathroom. The place needs a complete overhaul.

The room I purchased ( Deluxe Studio, Multiple Beds, Non Smoking) was not available. We were told those rooms have not been available because they were all purchased by a utility crew. Our family had to split up into separate rooms.

Staff was courteous, friendly, efficient. Customers hang around outside and trash the area, Many long term guests. The place is old and tired. Pot smell in the halls most the time.

The rooms were clean and in good condition. The air conditioner/heater was noisy though. The hallways, front desk, lobby, and exterior look dated and worn. Someone was playing loud music from their car in the parking lot around 11pm and I could hear it room on the 3rd floor. The lobby area was very small. The included breakfast was basically coffee, some packages of instant oatmeal, individually plastic-wrapped processed muffins, and some Nature Valley granola bars, displayed on a small counter in the very small lobby.

$20 would be too much
Right off as soon as we walked in it was very old and dark. As we began to unpack the drawers in the kitchen began falling off, the duck taped remote for the TV didn't work, carpets were stained real bad. Non smoking hotel constantly stunk of weed. Card never opened gym door. Barely opened bedroom. Curtain would not close all the way, too much to list but I made a video. Pay a little more to stay somewhere else. Think the 8.4 rating came from the crackheads staying there

Camden was wonderful made sure our rooms were together tried to find us a luggage cart (it was pouring rain) when he couldn’t he offered to come out and help us (we got it) rooms were clean and nice sized was able to get a coffee pot for our room we will be more then likely to stay again next year on our way to Florida. Lots of restaurants nearby too so big plus also pretty quite for be so easy on and off I75
