There was bugs in our room and in our bathroom. It smelt like somebody was in there smoking a cigarette right before we entered. I asked to change rooms and they insisted that they have no other rooms but the hotel wasn’t packed at all. Then when I asked for a refund they gave me a hard time and told me they can’t help me at all so I had to reach out to Expedia to help me..

Owners/Managers we're really nice. You can see they care about their business and property. They are improving things as they are able. Beautiful flowers were planted to greet guests, as you came up to the lobby.
They were helpful in answering questions.
Room was very clean. Bed was comfortable. Shower worked great. Hot water, etc.
Its a great place to stop & sleep. Pictures should be updated as there isnt a pool. Not that we would use it. More of an FYI
And they allow pers which is a huge win for us.
Pictures are shown that there’s breakfast served but no continental breakfast was served. Pictures need to be updated!

The picture on the web site is not right. There is no breakfast served. The room was not clean -- only just presentable. There were flies and bugs everywhere. Also the lights outside right by the door needs to be a light that refects bugs. I think America's Best has really gone down hill. I guess you pay for what you get.
It is nothing fancy, but the beds were clean, the shower was hot and the AC was cool on a hot day. We were there a little over 12 hours and it it was perfect.
Great accommodations!, comfortable bed, quiet clean room. Would stay there again!

The staff was nice and the room was okay for myself. However the atmosphere of the patrons was terrible. Drinking and smoking pot outside all night. An obvious illicit activities taking place.
I have stayed there many times, its always clean but it is getting quite run down, needs a face lift and the walls need fixed, wallpaper is coming off of them.
But it is affordable and not too much out of the way, which does make it nice and quiet.
Parking lot needs fixed too, lots of pot holes in it, and bummed that they no longer have a pool there.
There wasn't one thing about this stink hole that's good. I got sick There and it wasn't because of the weather. The room was very dirty (cobwebs on the ceiling).the disinfectant was very harsh and it burned my throat. The only other thing was that it except pets. I had to pay for my service dog.

Front door wouldn't close properly.
& wouldn't lock until it was slammed & pushed repeatedly. Black mold on shower curtain. Heater in bathroom didn't work. No bathroom exhaust fan. Silverfish in shower. Bed was setting on too high of a base which made it hard to get into. Overall a very unpleasant stay.

The hotel still wasn’t providing breakfast supposedly because of Covid and locked the door when my husband went over to just get coffee. The sink in the bathroom leaked all over the floor. The bed wasn’t bad.
Run from that place. The door lock doesn't work. There is no breakfast eventhough it shows it in the pictures online. Our room smelled like smoke. The hot means cold and the cold is hot on the faucet. Not a good place, plus the walls are paper thin, and you can hear people walking above you.
