"Hôtel confortable, sans prétention, bien situé, au bord de la rivière Agua Calientes.
Le personnel est très aimable et professionnel.
Notre chambre avait une vue sur la rivière, était vaste, avec de grands lits de bonne qualité.
Un bon hôtel, sans beaucoup de charme (comme toute la villle d’Agua Calientes), mais au confort largement suffisant pour loger au pied du Machu Picchu."

"We loved our stay at this place. The steps to get up to the hotel is intimidating but there is a secret elevator that can take you up most of the way through Gringo Bill hotel (learn to use this, very important). The hotel is situated on the hills right above the main square so very convenient once you get down. The room was very nice with good hot shower and water pressure. I would definitely consider staying here again on future trip. We did not have the breakfast but it look very basic."

"I booked a river view room but the hotel didn’t reserve the room for me and it’s sold out which is very disappointing. The staff member helped to find another room in another hotel which under the same owner. I also booked a tour guide through the hotel but the reservation didn’t register at all and had to arrange the night before in a rush. "Wir wurden am Bahnhof abgeholt und zum Hotel begleitet.
Es liegt ganz am Anfang von Machu Picchu Pueblo oberhalb des Bahnhofs.
Deshalb kann man beim Frühstücken oder Abendessen die ein- und ausfahrenden Züge beobachten.
Die Anlage ist sehr schön und ruhig.
Wir hatten für Machu Picchu einen Guide vom Hotel gebucht und hatten mit Wilfried einen sehr schönen und informativen Nachmittag. Er hat wunderschöne Fotos und Videos von uns gemacht und kannte die besten Aussichtspunkte, Danke...
