Staff at the main desk was always pleasant and greeted you upon entering. The room was a good size. The door is low. Not for someone taller than six foot. This is not negative- just a warning if you are tall! The bathroom gets steamy.

いつもお世話になっているホテルですが、今回に限ってですが、トイレは前の人の汚れが付いたまま、パジャマは裾の方にシミが付いた物、コーヒーカップ２つ中の１つは、汚れが付着していて、とにかく嫌でした。こんな事は初めてでした。

チェックインの際、予約の名前と領収書の名前を変えて頂きたいとお願いしたところ、そちらのチェックイン機で自動チェックインし、支払い後に予約の名前の領収書を渡せば変更していただけると思っていたら、明日のチェックアウトの際にお渡しします。との事でした。 変更前の領収書を渡し、宿泊代を払っている上、他にチェックインしてる方も居ないのに、チェックアウト時に渡す？朝の忙しい時に、その為にまたフロントに並び二度手間ではないかと思いました。
