"Chambre vétuste qui mérite un rafraîchissement (abat jour cassé et/ou plein de tache, baignoire avec des accrocs,…) mais très propres. Le personnel est top ! Vraiment serviable et gentil. Le buffet est pas mal, manque un peu d’originalité sur la durée mais c’est pas mal"

"Felt very rundown and way past its best. Old fashioned interiors and still hints of the 1980s everywhere. Average client was old and pretty boring. That’s how the entire place felt. Facilities were super tired - like the gym. Shame as it’s a great spot. Worse part may have been the food. It was just like the entire vibe - boring and out of touch. Staff friendly. "

"Although not particularly fancy, the hotel is quite nice but most importantly, the staff is very kind and helpful. I enjoyed my 5 night solo stay very much as Famara beach is only 15 mins drive, if you’re into surfing."

We’ve been coming to this hotel for 10 years , since it’s very good refurbishment about 8 years ago and a few of the staff are still here which says a lot about place. "Rooms were clean all communal areas were very clean and all staff were brilliant. Great value for money pool was kept in great condition, breakfast wasn’t the best but absolutely fine. Will 100% return as we loved our stay."
