Quartos da limpeza estava impecável o problema é o cheiro de fossa que tinha nele, tinha horas que era insuportável ficar dentro dele , os funcionários maravilhosos, café da manhã muito bom adorei a comida . Super indico para famílias com uma ressalva fiquei chateada em não poder ir nos restaurantes temático por possuir só 3 diárias . Me senti excluída 😢

Estive no Maceió Mar no início de junho e tive uma experiência muito positiva. O grande destaque é, sem dúvida, a alimentação. Já me hospedei no Salinas Maceió e no Japaratinga, e considero que o Maceió Mar conseguiu superá-los nesse quesito. Além do restaurante principal, há dois restaurantes mediante reserva e um restaurante na piscina que serve petiscos, churrasco, saladas, arroz e caldinhos ao longo do dia. É um diferencial ter opções além dos tradicionais fritos. As bebidas também são de boa qualidade, com cervejas conhecidas, refrigerantes variados e água de coco à vontade. Para quem gosta de frutos do mar, a oferta é excelente. O único ponto de atenção é a estrutura do restaurante principal. Mesmo em baixa temporada, o hotel parecia bastante cheio. Embora eu não tenha visto falta de mesas, o espaço é pequeno para o número de hóspedes, o que gera muita movimentação e ruído nos horários de pico. Ainda assim, não considero um problema grave. A praia em frente ao hotel é tranquila. Há muitas pedras em frente à propriedade, mas caminhando cerca de 50 metros para a esquerda já se encontra uma área sem elas. Durante minha estadia havia presença de caravelas e águas-vivas, mas o hotel mantinha placas de aviso e a equipe prestava atendimento rápido quando necessário. Outro ponto que poderia melhorar é a quantidade de guarda-sóis disponíveis na praia. Para famílias, o hotel oferece programação infantil diária, incluindo cinema e atividades noturnas.

O resort é muito bom. A equipe de recreação é excelente. O churrasco na beira da piscina é muito bom, mas as carnes no restaurante principal tem baixa qualidade. O restante principal tem pouca variedade de sobremesa e principalmente de frutas. Na sexta-feira o restaurante principalmente fica lotado, pois os temáticos não funcionam.

Quarto é amplo, travesseiros e roupa de cama ótimos, chuveiro maravilhoso, só senti falta de armários para acomodar as coisas. Equipe de funcionários muito gentil, tanto do restaurante qto da parte recreativa. Gastronomia excelente, tudo muito fresco e com muita variedade, impossível não engordar! A água do chuveiro tinha cheiro ruim e cor amarelada. Chuveiro fazia um barulho muito alto. Acredito que a limpeza na praia poderia ser melhor, muito lixo deixado pelos hóspedes na areia o que na verdade é um problema de falta de educação de alguns hóspedes, porém o hotel poderia melhorar isso.

Vamos começar pelos pontos positivos: quarto amplo e com boa estrutura. Comida de excelente qualidade. Funcionários solícitos. Pontos negativos: a estrutura de piscina e restaurante não comporta a quantidade de hóspedes. Não tem esteira suficiente nas piscinas e teve um dia que tinha fila para o jantar. Teve vezes que parecia um piscinão de ramos. Muito desperdício de comida, muito mesmo. Deveriam fazer como em outros resorts que já servem em porções prontas. O lobby do hotel é bastante simples.. pra um resort premium poderia ser mais bem decorado. A área de praia é pequena e suja.. mto canudo, copo e papel, mas isso não é só culpa do hotel, os hóspedes não colaboram e não recolhem o proprio lixo. Os drinks tem pouca variedade e qse todos iguais. Enfim, não foi ruim, mas não voltaria.
