"Cute, trendy, well appointed rooms. Fabulous linens, nice decor and thoughtful design. Clean lines hid the entrance making it very confusing where to valet park. In addition, the hairdryer, steamer and tissues were on a shelf tucked at least 8 ft in the built in closet. Lights to bath turn on entire room."

"The staff Samantha and Araianne were awesome . The hotel was dirty and the bathroom door looked like it had been kicked a few times there was holes all over it and did not close property. The toilet was running the hotel room was dirty.. the airport shuttle was late a few times that we had to use it. There’s plenty of hotels in the surrounding area. I would definitely choose a different one and maybe they should hire the two employees that helped me because they were excellent."

"The room and property were clean. Staff were welcoming and kind. We stayed for 3 nights and had no complaints about our time there. The surrounding area does look a little sketchy but we didn't have any bad experiences. Just in the interest of planning, the walls are thin. We were fortunate that our neighbors were quiet but it coule be an issue, if you're not as fortunate. "

"A woman down at the desk by the name of Millie went above and beyond a true hospitality agent to her core. The place was clean. The pool was nice. The Saint Jane’s dining room food left some to be desired. The room was clean the bathroom though in the room was dated the bottom of the paint was bubbling. I mean, not exactly what you expect from this Hotel chain. "

"The property was very pretty and conveniently located to Raymond James stadium. The shuttle was free to go to the stadium for a concert . The staff were very friendly and helpful and the rooms were updated and decorated nicely. "
