"The view of the slopes was fantastic. The room was adequately spacious. We love that each room had lockers for our ski gear. Of course, the best part of this hotel is that you can just walk out of the hotel straight to the ski lifts. Outside of skiing, it's convenient that we can just walk around the massive building complex to shop or eat. "

"The outside of the buildings looked a little old, but inside, it was very clean and very comfortable with an impressive amount of helpful appliances for food and temperature/humidity comfort. The shower and bedroom were particularly nice. I would have given this hotel a perfect 5 star rating, but unfortunately the bedroom window (Room #7) faced a separate residential house that had many very loud and annoying dogs that barked every day from 6am to 12pm without stopping. It was very hard to get sleep because of this. It's not the hotel's fault, but people staying in Room #7 should be aware of this. Also, it is a 15 minute to the nearest bus stop."

"The staff didn't give accurate information - all the staff were Chinese so both English and Japanese language was not clear. There are 2 separate buildings. It's a very steep hill to the hotel, so it was very tiring to walk carrying luggage. The bath was not available at the time that we stayed. The toilets are small. But the room was clean, comfortable, and warm. The showers were also hot, but the water pressure was a bit weak. There are better places to stay in this area."

"Kinta and his family are very great hosts. The breakfast every morning was a delight. Evening dinner meals were even better. A very warm and cozy hotel. A great little bar area. Very good rental gear. All in all an absolutely top hotel experience. 10 out of 10! We would highly recommend staying at Kinta Naeba. "
