My family stayed overnight in the hotel and it was a great experience. The place was clean and amazing, only the downside is the room odour and the pillow smells bad.

Our grandchildren absolutely loved swimming in the outdoor pool and playing on the outdoor playground equipment. Indoors, the kids had the time of their lives going from one creative activity center to another in the indoor Kids Club. Us grandparents enjoyed watching the kids having so much fun while keeping cool in the adult swimming pool, and inside the air conditioned Kids Club. The Olive Restaurant buffets had such a variety of delicious, international cuisine that pleased both our grandkids and us adults. And of course, the rooms were spacious, comfortable and kept clean by the housekeeping staff. Speaking of the staff, everyone was polite, respectful and friendly, and during our stay we got to know many of them by their first names. Our one-week stay at the Hilton Clark Sun Valley Resort hotel exceeded our expectations, and we have fond memories of our experience and certainly expect to return the next time we visit our family in the Philippines.

So we have booked 2 Adults and one child with breakfast, first issue was they gave me a breakfast for one person and had to pay for both my adult child and and 7 years old child, the service was very bad, horrible service, rules and personalities.

This Hilton Resort is excellent! Staff is awesome! Brand new immaculate room! Only suggestion is to PLEASE have a variety of music at the pool. The beautiful pool is open from 6 AM to 10 PM! Modern pop music ( Lady Gaga, Pink, Ariana Grande, techno, hip hop, etc )is blasted for 16 hours! Perhaps a little Bob Marley, Classic Rock, or a couple hours a day of quiet would be nice!

As a Hilton fan and long-time guest of their properties all over the world, I was really excited to book this resort. TL:DR If you are looking for resort quality food and beverage outlets, do NOT stay here. The room and pool were outstanding and the people were wonderful but the best meal that we had was at Jollibee that we had delivered by Grab Food. ------------------ Detailed review: The Good – This property is new and well appointed with quality materials throughout. We had an Executive Suite with a Balcony and the room was outstanding in every aspect. The hotel staff were pleasant and attentive everywhere we went, especially the Executive Lounge team. The pool is large and clean and the lifeguards / attendants were professional! Honestly, the pool was the highlight of our stay! The Filipino Seafood Stew was excellent. THE BAD – We ordered the Wagyu Burger for lunch in the Olive restaurant and it was dry and overcooked. The arancini were dry and tasteless. The fries, both truffle and regular, were adequate but were not hot when served. Went back to Olive for breakfast but that too was a disappointment when it took two cooks to try and make an over easy egg but they still couldn't accomplish it. The liquor selection in the Executive Lounge was limited to four types of liquor and two types of wine. I have had better selections in Business on multiple airlines. THE UGLY - This property doesn't not meet Hilton standards when it comes to Food & Beverage.

Great stay, very friendly staff to assist, quiet and clean room, out of 3 stays there had only one issue with linen that was quickly resolved. The Breakfast had a decent selection and everything taste good. Amenities were fine. Large swimming pool.

Our entire family definitely enjoyed our stay here. The facilities are well maintained and clean. The staff are impressively courteous and accommodating to most of our needs. Our 2 nights stay was very relaxing and perfect for our much needed break from the hustle bustle of city life. We will definitely come back!
