"The stay itself was great, I cannot fault the cleaners and the service. However, the communication regarding my room requirements and not addressing my message from 2 months before my stay was very disappointing considering I was staying with a relative and we were given a double instead of 2 single beds. The room was comfortable and well-maintained."

"Upon arrival, we had to check in outdoors in the rain via a machine. Staff were there but refused to help. Reception is closed for many hours of the day. Toilet flush button fell off. There's a Mecure hotel just next door, go there instead."

"Check in was a bit confused as I’d booked 2 rooms and the gentleman on reception got a bit muddled with room numbers. Room was clean and comfortable and bathroom looked good but water pressure was a bit weak and shower head a bit clogged with limescale. I wasn’t very happy that paper cups were provided for the tea and coffee making. They were very flimsy and not really strong enough for their purpose. Breakfast was excellent with a wide variety of hot and cold food. The seedy bread was especially good! We also went to the restaurant next door and can highly recommend that too."
