"The room was mostly clean. The floor needs cleaned and some mold under the edge in the tub. They charged us $50 in case we messed up the room. It was supposed to be returned today. So far it hasn't been. The breakfast was skimpy and was not to be taken to our room to eat."

Then I step into the lobby where I’m greeted with a kiosk of someone from another country video calling in to check me into the hotel, which was annoying because their accent was hard to understand. "We stayed three nights and had no one to come to clean the room while we were out, We had to go and get clean towels for the bathroom. The staff on duty said that they were out of facial towels because they didn’t have any one to wash them (not good)."

"I will start by saying I reserved this room based on reviews. I even canceled from a different place. That was a big mistake! I’ll start with the property. It’s mediocre with people’s trash and barbecues in the back area. It looks like people live there on a pretty permanent basis so they hang around smoking by the front or back door. "Beautifully decorated new hotel. Great breakfast! TV was a bit confusing for those less technologically savvy!"

"Check-In was quick and easy. The hot tub was closed for maintenance during our stay. We consistently had problems with the key cards and being able to enter the door and gain access to our room. The shower was completely out of shampoo, which I requested from the front desk staff along with extra towels. Neither of those were ever received, and they were asked twice. In a pinch, I might stay again, but I would likely look for other accommodations first."

"I had stink bugs in my room for 3 days. One landed in my bed. It was a shady location kind of hidden from the main road & shady characters to boot. The ice machine was broken and there was no coffee maker. The shower curtain didn't cover the tub, and therefore water got all over the floor."

"The cheese omelet (or whatever it might have been) was disgusting. I took one bite and chewed and chewed and finally laid it aside. The lady responsible for the coffee, cleaning and the food was excellent. Very polite. The front desk clerk at check in was same person at checkout. He was a bit blunt and didn't exude customer service. "
