Grimm wee room .
Room looked like it came off a caravan.very loud non stop dripping tap in the caravan toilet. Fire brigade attended at midnight responding to the alarm , 20 minutes later they attended again. Only saving grace was that we only stayed the one night.

Bonjour, Tout d'abord merci de votre retour. Nous sommes navrés que la chambre n'ait pas répondu à votre attente mais vous avez choisi de séjourner dans un hôtel de standing 1 étoile. Et sachez que toutes les normes 1* de Première Classe sont respectées dans nos chambres. Concernant l'alarme incendie, oui l'intervention des pompiers a eu lieu et cela devrait plutôt être rassurant pour vous.

Premiere- Classe Hotel
A friendly economical hotel. Staff are very helpful. Local transport is nearby and easy to use. I recommend this hotel to travellers looking for an economical clean and comfortable shirt stay.

WWC in Lyon
We enjoyed our experience and were mostly pleased with our experience. The front desk attendants were very kind and welcoming. They assisted us with transport to and from the Women's World Cup and pointed us in the right direction to a supermarket. The only cons were that the bathroom did not seem to be especially well cleaned. There were a few stray hairs in the shower and by the sink when we arrived.

Bad, needs updates
Bathroom needs to be updated and have more space. Using the bathroom, it will leak on the floor near your bedroom. Another turnoff was two staff would come and knock on the door. One of the staff ended up coming (barging) in without knocking. This hotel will not allow you to sleep in. If you are looking for a place to sleep and shower well, this is not the place. If you are looking for a place to just sleep and not care for your hygiene, then take this place. I would not come back to this place.

Hello, We thank you for taking the time to tell us what you think. We remind you that towels are used for personal hygiene and not for walking on them. You could have asked for bath mats instead. The room you had possession had been completely renovated in early 2019. I remind you that you are on a standard 1 star with the bare necessities to shower and sleep. We are at very competitive prices compared to our competitors. In view of the World Cup, you could not find "better" than a standard 1 star at this price. Regards, The direction

The room was an amazing value. The staff were helpful and professional.!One suggestion, please post self check in instructions in English by the outside gate. I had to wake up the security manager who helped .

Good location for my needs. Staff pleasant and helpful. Noisy aircraft noise early afternoon and evening. Bathroom was a plastic cubicle, shower head not fitted properly and shower waste blocked, flooding bathroom. Curtains have holes. Nothing free at this hotel - machine instant coffee 1 euro. Would not stay again unless only place available.

Nous sommes allés au salon du 2 roue, le plus c’est la proximité de l’hôtel.petit souci la porte de la salle de bain qui ne se fermait pas mais se coinçait. Au petit déjeuner j’ai regretté ne pas avoir de viennoiseries, Sinon parking clos, accueil top.
