The coffee for breakfast was undrinkable and room keys kept demagnetizing. I needed to have mine reprogrammed every day. These were really the only 2 issues with the hotel. Everything else was perfect!

Ce que j'ai apprécié c'est qu'Ibis propose une chambre pour 1 personne avec 2 lits (mais un seul matelas? suffisamment large pour ne pas se gêner en dormant ) alors que je ne trouvais pas une chambre pour 2 personnes avec 2 lits séparés. Même si la chambre est petite, pour ne passer qu'une nuit , elle est suffisante. Il faut juste en arrivant commander un deuxième petit déjeuner.

Ibis rouge ou ibis budget ?

mauvais rapport qualité/prix... pour un tarif à 500€ pour 4 nuits via hotels.com, la chambre est très standard : un lit, un bloc penderie sans porte, pas de coffre fort, pas de bouilloire... une salle de bain basique avec un bac à douche assez glissant... pour 13,80€, le petit dejeuner pris au restaurant courtepaille attenant est complet...

Trés bon séjour

Mon séjour c'est très bien passé. Le personnel est très accueillant, poli et disponible. Le petit-déjeuner est trés bon et diversifié. L'hôtel est propre, proche des transports ce qui facilite la visite de la ville. Je conseille cet hôtel sans souci.

Convenient location

I chose the hotel for its proximity to Gare Part Dieu. It’s a five minute walk from the station - once you find the right exit. The hotel staff were welcoming and helpful. The room was very small but adequate for one person. The large double bed was comfortable but only accessible from one side, fine for a solo guest but not very convenient for two people. The room was generally clean, although dusty underneath the bed. There are no amenities such as a fridge (would be useful for water, medication, etc), a safe or a kettle which presumably keeps the room rate competitive. The hotel was conveniently located and I enjoyed a safe and comfortable stay in Lyon.

Very good location when arriving by train. Bit far from old town, but public trasportation works well. Rooms bit dated, but comfortable bed and airconditioning worked well on a hot day.

Ideal location near main Part Dieu station (5min walk). Open reception area, and very friendly efficient welcome to checkin. Lifts that work(often a problem in France) and good warm Bar seating area. Very reasonably priced if you need a comfortable and practical hotel
