"Second time at this hotel since November. Staff is pleasant. The room is clean and I appreciate that. I did not have body wash provided in my room, and used bar soap, which I dislike. In November the pool was cold. This visit I was informed that the hot tub wasn't working, so I did not use the pool. Parking is safe and easy. The access to the hotel from Rt 116 is easy, finding it from Russell St is a little challenge. "

Sure, it doesn’t have all of the extra bells and whistles of a “name brand” hotel. But if you need a clean room in the Northampton vicinity for a good price, this is a great option. "
